The apartment was so perfect! It’s not very big but it’s cozy and comfortable and I felt right at home. It’s perfect for 2 people and a weekend getaway to Wilmington.

We really enjoyed the location and the amazing view from the balcony. It’s a great couple’s retreat. Very comfortable and convenient, superb parking arrangements. For music lovers: a walkable distance to Live Oak Bank Pavilion ( waterfront pathway).Highly recommended!

The apartment was quiet, spacious, and lovely. The bathroom was clean and we loved having a bathtub. It was so nice to have the Keurig and coffee pods. We loved the location. It was quiet and restful and just a short drive to beaches and restaurants.

Very unique space. I was a firefighter for over 30 years, and it was really cool to see how they had renovated the space. Our favorite feature were the large picture windows across the front of the building. You could sit there and watch the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. It’s close to everything, by car or on foot and the neighborhood is filled with a variety of restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay at Spencer’s home. The house itself is beautiful—full of character, with original wood carvings and plenty of natural light. It felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite spots was the back patio, which offered a peaceful, private setting for morning coffee. In the afternoons, the neighboring brewery added a unique touch. It never felt noisy or intrusive, and it was a treat to be able to stroll right into the charming beer garden. The location overall was ideal—close to the riverwalk and Front Street, while also being conveniently near the Brooklyn Arts District and surrounding residential neighborhoods. Spencer was a responsive and thoughtful host. When part of the city experienced a power outage during our stay, he kept us well-informed with updates and restoration timelines. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Spencer’s place to anyone visiting the area.

This is a cozy updated home that served us well as a centrally located base for the weekend. Just enough space inside, and everything was clean and worked well. The living room was comfortable and well separated from the 2 bedroom spaces. Michael is a very responsive and understanding host who was on the ball through all communication. Lots of outdoor space and the fenced backyard was a win for the pup, though none of the doors open up to it (easy walk around the house to the gate for access though). Not a negative but just an FYI to bring your own shower toiletries.

Nicole’s rental was just as described. It was centrally located so everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. The rental had everything we needed. She even went above and beyond to do a little birthday decor for my son. Highly recommend.

Heather's place worked perfectly for our girls weekend. It has everything you need. Heather was responsive and was as flexible with the check-in as was practical. Her house is comfortable, as were the beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and surprisingly stayed cooler than the main level. The decor is cheery and the orchids she is growing in her kitchen are impressive. She has a nice backyard as well. The location was convenient for going to a show at the Wilson Center, which was the reason for our trip. Do yourself a favor and while you're there and if you have a car (which I recommend having), go to Tandoori Bites for their lunch special and Jackson's Big Oak Barbecue for some local flavor. We also thought the Stanley Rehder Carnivorous Plant Garden was pretty cool, in a low-key kind of way. Carolina Beach is about 30 minutes away and worth checking out. Say hi to the nice folks at Carolina Surf Brand. We had a perfect stay. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

Monica’s place was beautifully decorated with a fun music theme, spotless, and fully stocked with all the essentials which made our stay incredibly comfortable. She was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The location was perfect at just a 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington and close to Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

What a beautiful, peaceful home! Staying in Bill and Sandy's historic place felt a bit like going back in time. And the neighborhood is incredible — block after block of charming old homes, very quiet, absolutely walkable. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Leila’s place. It was right in the center of everything, yet private enough for us to hang out without worries of being disturbed by the late night activities. It was perfect for everything we needed

Location was close to everything (bars, restaurants etc.) and walkable to the beach. The place was clean and offered everything we needed. Would totally stay here again and highly recommend.

Great view and location. For Historical Wilmington this is a great place to stay. Walk to great restaurants and bars. Shopping and attractions all within reach. Safe neighborhood and a great view. Warrens place is small and bed is comfortable. Well worth the stay.

If I ever came back to Wilmington I would 100% book with Jennifer again. The studio was very spacious and in a great location!! Super easy check in & check out. Recommend to anyone (:
