Beautiful view and scenery that you cannot beat. You are literally nestled at the end of the pier with awesome views! Mattresses: Top-of-the-line quality sleep on premium mattresses. TVs: Each bedroom and the living room had its own Roku tv. High-end amenities: everything is plush in this unit. Leather couches, plush rugs (even the bath mats), high-quality sheets, towels, and beddings. Coffee maker is an espresso machine, with a frothier and a carafe much better than Starbucks. Granite countertops and an xl deep stainless steel kitchen sink with a detachable faucet. Parking was super easy (2 spaces) right beside the elevator. We will definitely return again. Don’t hesitate to book this hidden gem, it is well worth it. Beach access is right behind the pool and jacuzzi (opening soon). Book now!

We loved to stay at Gloria’s place, it felt like coming home. We unfortunately had pretty bad weather, but the location with access to the private beach is priceless. Just so beautiful, with a nice view. The porch and the garden are spacious and ideal if you want to bring your dog. Gloria is a great and very friendly, responsive host. The beds are very comfortable and the towels nice and soft. We will definitely consider to stay there again.

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

Amazing space, clean and small. Close to everything, short walk to the beach/short drive to Wilmington. Yelena is a very helpful host, any concerns we had, she delivered help. Remember that this airbnb is shared, you may hear the neighbors occasionally. We are extremely grateful for Yelena’s help in that regard! Would love to visit again ❤️

This stay was fantastic. Wai is the most considerate host I’ve ever been a guest of. He even gave us a toast and a gift while celebrating a 2 year anniversary. The perch looks great. A lot of thought went into the layout and design that functions great while looking fantastic. The location was close to everything and we would love to come back again.

Cute little private cottage, tucked away on a quiet street, right on the water! Beautiful view off the deck and private dock. Nice little walk down to the private beach area. Everything felt and looked super clean. Perfect for a small group of friends staying in the Wilmington area. Looks just like the photos. Would definitely stay again! :)

The home was perfect for our vacation! We absolutely loved the screened in patio and fenced in yard. This was our first time traveling with a newly adopted dog, and we couldn’t have imagined a better or more functional space. We hope to be back!

I normally stay with family when visiting Wilmington, but this time we had a big group & this worked perfectly for us! The beds were comfy, bathrooms & kitchen were squeaky clean, & there was plenty of space for everyone. It was literally a 10 minute walk to the riverwalk/downtown. I also love the historical plaque on the home, as a big history lover, I really enjoy Wilmington in general! Overall, I would definitely recommend!!

The house was immaculate! From living quarters, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, screened porch and everything in between it truly felt like no corner was missed and as a mom of 2 young kids that was such a relief to walk into. There were beach and pool items that were actually usable and not rusted and salt water rotted like your typical rental spots. The location was perfect. Far enough from the main road to be private, but close enough to take the golf cart or walk anywhere you’d need to go. Mary was communicative, thankful and kind. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

These hosts thought of everything! There were k-cups, dish/laundry soaps, beach towels, extra tp and paper towels… the location was super close to public beach access and you even have a little view of the ocean from the top floor balcony. Plenty of seating for our crowd in the living room and dining room. I would definitely book with them again!

Heather and Barbara were absolutely amazing! They gave us plenty of recommendations and were very communicative! We stayed here for a girls trip and had an absolute blast. The house was even better in person with so many accommodations and comfortably fit all 10 of us. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. It was an excellent space for a baby (comes with a practically new pack-n-play and high chair) and 4 year old. Easily walkable to the beach. With all the beach stuff you need included. Spacious and super clean. We cooked many meals, kitchen was very well equipped. It was quiet and we loved sitting on the balconies and greatly enjoyed the pool across from the house!

Absolute perfection! The condo is exquisitely decorated, incredibly well-equipped, extremely comfortable, super-clean, and on one of the most exquisite sections of coastal NC! We loved every moment - from coffee on the gorgeous balcony to walks along the tranquil shoreline - which is just steps outside the door. Our family of 4 cannot wait to return to this exceptional property, and we are so very grateful to Suzanne and Orsi for being so responsive, organized, and hospitable! Highly recommend!

A great place for a beach weekend getaway. Everything, including the beach, is in walking distance which is perfect.

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

Fantastic condo and stay! The unit had everything we needed and was clearly upgraded thoughtfully. The location was perfect and a few steps away from the beach, with a beautiful pool and other amenities onsite. The owners were responsive and made our stay seamless and enjoyable.
