Apartment holiday rentals in Wilmington

Adoramos o apartamento. A localização é ótima e ela fica muito próximo do metrô. Viajamos para Filadélfia para assistir os jogos do Flamengo e mesmo voltando 2 horas da manhã ainda nos sentimos seguros. O espaço é aconchegante e cheiroso. Quando voltar em Philly eu adoraria ficar nessa apartamento novamente

Dwayne has an excellent place in the heart of historic New Castle, Delaware. You can walk to everything in the old part of the city. The place is located on an alley which reduces the amount of traffic, plus it is directly across from my favorite cafe in New Castle which Dwayne also owns called Mercury Cafe. The cafe is interesting since you can meet friendly people who stop there from many different parts of the world. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a living room with ethernet access, and a large fully-equipped kitchen, along with a back patio where you can sit and relax. It is on the first floor. The air conditioning works very well.

Excellent location, laundry and parking. Great food / restaurant nearby. Walkable to train station. We had the airbnb to settle in our college student for her internship and I remote worked from there. Nice place and we will be back end of summer! Jeff was very helpful to our questions and super responsive. Above and beyond for sure! Highly recommend.

This place had everything I needed and more. It was comfortable and had plenty of space. It also is a location that is close to downtown and easy to walk to/from. The dark chocolate peanut butter cups were a bonus that was much appreciated and the check-in; check-out process was easy making it easy to arrive later in the evening or whatever time. Absolutely will stay again.

This quaint and clean space was absolutely spectacular. The decor is both fresh and airy with a warmth and coziness. Every room was perfected with the most specific touches of consideration. The host’s thoughtfulness was detailed with complimentary snacks and a helpful stash of toiletries in case anything was forgotten from home. The provision of phone charging stations, night lights and a few good books were a few perks that some may overlook. The outside was complete with cozy seating. Close parking and easily accessible trash receptacles . Our stay was quite enjoyable and I look forward to our return.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location to park your car and walk everywhere around historic New Castle. Inside was adorable & comfortable. Amenities provided were a great touch (water, snacks, coffee, tea, toiletries for shower, towels, etc). Bed was super comfy with luxuriously soft bedding! In the front closet for our use was 2 folding chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 ponchos. Restaurants were across the street and within a block or two walk. Our favorites were Jessop’s Tavern, Rancho Azteca Restaurant and the Mercury Cafe and Tea House. The park and walk along the waterfront was very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were great and we thank them for sharing this place with us.

This was the perfect place to stay! I moved to Wilmington temporarily for work and this air bnb was the perfect spot! It was just the right size for me to stay in and had everything that I needed. It was in a very convenient location, close to downtown and a safe area. Regina was always very responsive if I had any questions and also have great local recommendations! If I come back to Wilmington at any point I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in a lot of places and I would say this place was one of the nicest Air bnb I have stayed at. It was very spacious and clean. Not only were the normal household items in the home there was also a lot of extra things in the place that made it feel right at home! We would highly recommend to anybody that is looking for a place to stay. I just wanted a weekend away local and it was definently one of the best! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

An historic district oasis! Two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, washer and dryer, and a full size kitchen. All in a newly and beautifully renovated building in a peaceful historic neighborhood that backs up to a city park. And can we talk about the mattresses for a second? SO comfortable and the best I 've ever experienced at a rental property. To the owners, my back thanks you! We also appreciated the full selection of cable TV channels, another rental property rarity. We brought our own Roku stick but did not end up needing it. We have family in Kennett and visit often. We'll DEFINITELY book this property again!

We have stayed in one of Matt’s airbnbs before and same as the first time, we had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb is beautiful, private, and exactly as described. It was easy to find and Matt gave us specific instructions for everything. He puts thoughtful touches into everything like the bathroom amenities, kitchen amenities, and extra blankets and board games. The bed was comfortable and the private deck was wonderful to sit out on in the morning. The surrounding area is nice and quiet and peaceful. Love this place and will absolutely be back! :)

This place looked exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean. It is located in a quiet area. Restaurants and grocery stores were all conveniently located nearby. Check in was very easy. I enjoyed the time I stayed there. I would stay there again.

Lisa’s place was amazing! Wanted to stay somewhere in town around a lot of the restaurants and bars for my sister’s graduation and this place did not disappoint! It’s in the perfect location of West Chester walkable to all the bars and restaurants! Would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect and even more spacious than the pictures showed. We found it to be a perfect place for our stay. Jodie was a fantastic host answering our questions and assisting us with anything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. My wife and I really enjoyed playing a new version of one of our favorite games in their selection. Definitely a great place to stay!

We had a great couple of nights at Dorthys place in Leola PA! Everything was a described and we felt right at home while we were there!

Mr. Bill made accommodations when the Airbnb I had originally planned for fell through. He made the transition quick and even made sure my weekend was blocked off at the new Airbnb and not compromising our plans. Forever grateful for the last minute switch

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and charming apartment. Host was very responsive and helpful. Its was 100 degrees in Philly when we were there but the apartment had a great cooling system so we stayed very comfortable. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

Very comfortable and great location. It was an easy walk to train station and lots of great restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Washer and drier and nice and big too!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
