Family-friendly holiday rentals in Willoughby Bay

This was an amazing place! We loved the clean, comfortable rooms, the service was great, the pool and mini golf were so fun! And location- perfect!!

Great views from the balcony. Access to everything, can walk. Great pizza shop directly across the street. Trolleys to take you places. My only shortfall is that it was a small kitchen (only two burners) with one large and small frying pan and pots, and we cooked a lot. But we made it work. Highly recommend!

We booked Vacation Village 4br timeshare through Andy but it was full. Andy was able to leverage his connections and find us a 3br HOUSE at Kings Creek Plantation through Spinnaker which was better, I think! We had a full 3br/4bath house to ourselves with three porches in a peaceful setting. Absolutely recommend Kings Creek Plantation through Andy. Close to everything and amazing setting. So quiet and pencil. We will be back!

We stayed a week at Kerri’s place in Virginia. She went above and beyond our expectations, very communicative and organized. She offered a ton of information and insights before and during our stay. Her place offers a delightful and relaxing getaway experience. The resort's picturesque location by the ocean provides stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The resort amenities such as the pool, spa, and on-site restaurants add to the overall wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to providing top-notch service to guests. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or explore the nearby attractions, Boardwalk Resort is a fantastic choice for a vacation in Virginia. I would definitely recommend and revisit Kerri’s place.

The villa was the perfect place for our family to stay for graduation weekend at William and Mary. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Setting was lovely and great for walks in our down time. The only issue we had was the villa was not ready at the designated check in time and we had to wait an hour before we could get in.

Christian was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. The property was prefect for our stay. There was plenty of room to gather together while also allowing privacy.

Beautiful Home located in a beautiful location. With the pool, hot tub, and beach access we had everything we needed right at the property. Plenty of space for all the adults and kids/teens! The kids had their own hangout spot downstairs. This is the perfect place to get up in the morning. Have coffee on the deck make your own breakfast. Take a walk on the beach and hang out at the pool. Grill out in the evening and do more relaxing on the deck. That’s our thing and it was the perfect place to do it. And it’s a quiet area. Very relaxing - chillaxin’. Any shopping is very convenient and close by. Corrine was very responsive to any questions or any issues that came up. Keep in mind if something is not right you need to message her and she will make it right. We loved our stay and would stay again!

I can’t begin to describe our recent visit!! We stayed from Sunday 6-1 to Thursday 6-5. My husband and I had our 10 year old daughter and 3 of her best friends along w our 3 small furry babies. The house is “nestled” on a sweet friendly street. The house lake view SURROUNDS the house along with the outside balcony. It was beautiful to see the ducks and various birds every day. The house was extremely clean! I didn’t have to do any cleaning before we unpacked. The garage had everything!!! Bikes, beach stuff along w anything u can think of. There was plenty of outside sitting areas with a private outside shower. I used it!! Water was nice! The beach was literally a 10 mins walk! We rode the bikes and walked to the beach, a couple of times a day. The boardwalk is very dog friendly so we were able to bring them. The pier from the boardwalk has people fishing. I rode 1 of the bikes around the every day! W have been using Airbnb for years and this was the best experience! Bob is the best ❤️

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

This location could not have been more perfect for our family….. out the door, across the street, down the short boardwalk and you are at the beach. It was so comfortably convenient. The house is amazing: everyone had their space, super clean, easy to prepare meals… 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens, attractively decorated, ping pong/pool table, foos ball table and a beautiful pool area. We had a plumbing issue in two of the bathrooms, but Tanya called someone over and the situation was remedied in an hour. We would love to stay there again.

This was perfect for my family of four and dog. We stayed two nights and would have loved to been able to stay longer. Ron was an excellent host. This felt like a private spa trip with the massive pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam room. We are local to the area and would definitely stay again!

It's great when reality meets expectations - and the posting for this place was exactly that. In addition, Lynn was quick and responsive to our questions - which was a great help in moving in. The past month in this setting was just what we needed!

Ryan's place is conveniently located - 10 mins to Colonial Williamsburg, perfect for our family's visit to the city. The house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is spacious, clean, and well-equipped for visitors who'd like to cook inside. We highly recommend Ryan's place for visitors who would like alternative options other than hotels and resorts in the area.

This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beverly's home was perfect for our family and situation: family vacation with a 2 year old. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful; access to a very quiet beach is one block away. The aquarium, dolphin tours, and several dockside restaurants are 3 minute drives. The main boardwalk is a 5 minute drive. The home itself was nicer than pictured, and had just about everything we needed, including linens and towels, beach wagons, chairs, and umbrellas. The pool was extremely well-designed, and terrific for warm days before/after the beach. The Internet was not the most reliable, and the cable TV would cut out for 3-5 seconds every 30 minutes or so... these may have been attributed to the storms early in our trip Recommendations: 1. Bring a coffee machine or k cup filter for ground coffee (only Keurig is available) 2. Be aware there are plenty of stairs (30) in this 3 story home. Beverly communicated very well, and gave the number of her nextdoor neighbor for any timely needs.

This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

Igor’s place was excellent! The space was clean, in a fantastic location, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful it's perfect Very quiet neighborhood!! National always respond less than 20 minutes

Big, roomy house on a beautiful horse farm. We loved seeing the horses in the backyard and front yard while we were in the house. The host allowed our large group to come over to the barn to meet the horses and ponies. The house is in such a private spot but still close to the beach and all types of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, seating for eating. The hot water was fast and plentiful. We cooked a lot and there were TONS of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, small appliances, etc. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, sauna, foosball, pool table. It was a perfect spot for our extended family to gather for a long weekend.

The location was great. Two streets walk to the boardwalk and two streets over to Neptune Statue on 30th Street. Supermarket for groceries was across the street from condo. The washer and dryer and dishwasher made everything so easy to keep up with. Keyless entry is perfect. There are many fun things to do in the area that is either a short walk or short drive. Examples are iFly indoor skydiving, parasailing, kayaking with dolphins, riding bikes/skateboards, mini-golf, etc. We had a great time!

Great experience stay this place love it. I could walk every where to the center and is front of to the ocean.I am very happy.Thank you very much . We will be back.

The staff was great! Great communication, George even escorted us to our campsite and told us about all the services they offer!

Great location and the space was great as well! We had a wonderful time at the pool and walking to all of the restaurants and shops nearby!
