Holiday rentals with lake access in Wildwood Crest

We had a wonderful stay at Jen’s home. The setting is beyond words and must be experienced. It’s the perfect house in the idyllic setting. Jen’s home is set on the bay with the ocean in view and only a few paces away. The house is charming with all the amenities one could ask for, clean, and beautifully restored. The setting is GORGEOUS. Set high, the house seems to float over the bay. There are no neighbors to one side as far as the eye can see. Its setting is like a nature preserve with birds, turtles, fish all enjoying the beauty of the setting. We spent most of our time on the back deck, dinners alfresco with the natural habitat surrounding us. Dips in the water off the dock were a refreshing break with the view, breeze, and sunsets our entertainment. Night time we fell asleep to the bay breeze and sound of waves. Thank You Jen for creating a beautiful home and allowing us to enjoy this special place. We dream of our return. Vincent and Claudia

We loved our stay here! Not only was it a quick bike ride to the beach or walk to the bird observatory but being able to sit on the front porch and enjoy the trees and wildlife was a huge bonus too. The provided bikes and beach accessories were nice to have readily available as well. The house was perfect for our family to either spread out or all sit down and watch a movie together in the living room. MaryKate was great with responding quickly and communicating with before and throughout our stay. Can’t wait to book another trip to this beautiful property!

We had a fantastic stay at Cambridge Cottage and highly recommend it for a beach getaway. Great distance from the beach and lake, close to the winery and beach plum farm and had all the amenities needed. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

We had such an amazing time at Brandon’s place with our kids. The kids are still asking when we can go back to « our » beach house to see wild animals, play on the sand and ride our bikes. It’s very safe, calm and beautiful. I definitely recommend. Brandon is an amazing host! Thanks!

Lovely beachy house, perfect for the weekend

This was the perfect house for our family with two young kids. Christiane went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The highlight was the huge deck overlooking the beautiful marina. It was so peaceful - short drive/bike ride to the center of town and beach. There is plenty to do within walking distance as well near all of the marinas.

Alan’s house was a perfect getaway! Having the bikes there to be able to ride to the beach or the farm was so much fun! Also being able to grill and relax by the pool! My guess and I enjoyed it tremendously!!

This was our second time back at this location, which is perfect for 2! Quiet neighborhood and a clean, modern place to sleep for 2 people typically on the go. Pictures are exactly as advertised and was able to park right out front. Easy instructions to get in, which was helpful for an especially late night arrival.

Other than getting into the gate due to a keypad malfunction, it was a great experience overall.

A perfect getaway in a great location! Everything was only a 5 min drive to the beach and greats bars, restaurants. Kathryn was very responsive when needed!

Tara was an amazing hostess and made me feel right at home. She's the kind of person who if I lived in the area I feel like I could be friends with. So welcoming and accommodating and genuinely a delight to know! when above and beyond to make check-in a piece of cake and was even willing to let me have a late check out.

TJ has thought of everything. It felt just like coming home. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful while still being close to all the attractions.

The house was awesome! Great location - close to restaurants, stores, beach and boardwalk. Park your car and never drive again! Walk or bike anywhere in Dewey or Rehoboth. Private yard surrounded by tress and a fence. An incredible 2nd story screened in outside patio/porch that you can enjoy anytime of the day or night! Open kitchen and living room area. Don’t forget about the outside shower. The best place to be after a day at the beach! Philip and Michael were great host! We can’t wait to visit again!

Our family spent two nights there and loved it! Plenty of space for my husband and two young kids. Everything was new and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was kind and responded quickly. Would absolutely stay again. Often you find that pictures are a little deceptive and places end up smaller than you imagined from the pictures, the opposite is true this time. It was a lot bigger and roomier than I expected.

We stayed here for a mom and kids getaway over memorial Day weekend! From first contact, Sarah was welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had several children 5 and under and there was plenty of games and rooms for everyone to have a good time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, bags, plates pots pans etc. the appliances were a bit dated, but honestly worked better than anything you'd get new! We were about 20 mins away from Cape Henlopen, Rebobeth and other local beaches. It was an easy drive for us and we got to enjoy to quiet neighborhood rather than the hustle and hustle of your traditional east coast beach town. All in all this was one of the best Air BnB experiences I've ever had and I could not recommend these hosts enough!! -Mandy

Dock Holiday is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a serene setting. The space is unique, funky and inviting. It feels like a family summer home, a place to make warm memories. It has everything you need for function and comfort—AC, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a screened in porch. The property is beautiful with a large shady yard and a lovely breeze off the bay. There are footpaths all around the neighborhood and the pool area is great for all ages. The ocean, beach, shopping, restaurants and other attractions are about 20 minutes away. That area is very crowded in summer, so it’s nice to go there when you want to and return to Dock Holiday to unwind. We’re already talking about when going back next year.

Everything at this Airbnb Is exactly as described. We had an amazing time with a group of 10 people. There is a lot of outdoor space, off street parking (we fit 7 cars easily), and common space area. This house would be wonderful for a small party or a large party of people. The bedrooms were charming and pretty large. The location is amazing too. It’s set back from the road and feels very private. The view of the lake is beautiful and serene. We drank coffee on the front porch overlooking the lake every morning. The house is a short walk to two different beach areas. We loved this house and look forward to booking it again next summer!!

Ending up being the perfect location for us to get to the Pine Barrens and Ocean City. The neighborhood is really quiet and had everything we needed.

We stayed at Eileen’s several times this summer and always had a great stay. We felt as if it was our home away from home. Eileen is super responsive and her cottage was perfect for our beach getaways. Quiet, peaceful, yet close to all the attractions we enjoy. Thank you, Eileen!

Anne Marie and Bob were amazing, and the cottage was beyond expectations lovely! Even when things went wrong (not at all their faults), they were responsive and helpful. Everything in the cottage was well supplied and planned (had sheets and towels and bathroom supplies). I would recommend them 100 times over!

Was a nice quiet house perfect for a quick weekend getaway out of the city with an amazing view of a nice lake in the back. Had a great time.
