A Million Dollar View! To get a view like this you’d have a terrible drive to get to it but the cabin is very convenient to the highway with only a mildly steep but short driveway. The Cabin was made from lumber cut off the land it sits on. Reclaimed Wood floors, reclaimed brick fireplace, rock chimney, wood focus walls and wainscoting throughout the cabin to separate this cabin from all the others. I got a big deck. It’s not the biggest deck ever but everyone loves this deck. You’ll see!

Gary's place was so quiet and peaceful. we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the golfers come through. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been campers in past years but since we are now OLD we prefer staying in homes. Over the past few years we have stayed in quite a few, however, we have never stayed in one where it seemed a lot of thought had gone into providing everything needed or wanted. Rita has thought of EVERYTHING! It's the little things that make a difference. Example: The last one we stayed in had one small towel rack in the bathroom and none of the over-the-door hangers. These are very inexpensive and would have made a big difference. There were flower arrangements all over the place and it was just a very comfortable place to be. There were six of us, four of whom are over 80. We were there for a Bluegrass Festival so we didn't have a lot of time just to be there and enjoy the home but maybe next time we will. There is even a covered area for parking the cars and another one for cooking out Thank you Rita for providing such a beautiful home in such a beautiful setting.

We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin. The views and amenities were amazing and helped us relax after a few long days of hiking at The Smoky Mountains. The kitchen was functional and the cabin was clean and spacious for our family of 4. Sergey was responsive and helpful when we had any questions. The ride was up was challenging, but manageable, and absolutely worth the drive!!! We sat out on the spacious deck every night and enjoyed our dinner marveling/appreciating the Mountain View. Thank you for making our stay in NC so memorable!!

We had an amazing time on our trip and we're able to relax at the end of our days at the house. Every room had an amazing deck with a breath taking view and so much natural light. We all slept amazing as well in comfy beds. Defiantly would book here again!

I had a wonderful little weekend with my boyfriend and two dogs at Sandy & Chuck’s cabin. The place was actually nicer than the photos with beautiful furnishing. We enjoyed the hot tub at night with a beautiful view of the stars. 30 mins to SMNP where we spent our days hiking. Definitely plan to come back for a fall trip.

You won't find a better host than Greg. He helped me out when some issues arose without a second thought and is overall just a pleasant person. The cabin is only half an hour from the Smokies and many other hiking and fishing spots. The cabin is small, but has everything anyone could need and is well built. Overall, couldn't have asked for a nicer stay in SW North Carolina.
