Holiday rentals with a kayak in White Lake

Beautiful serene, mini family vacay celebratingmy son‘s high school graduation. The house itself was bright area. The linens and towels were fresh and clean. The property was peaceful and beautiful and the view was stunning. Thank you so much Laura and Scott for making this time with family exceptionally easy and beautiful! now everybody wants to buy a house in Greenwood Lake!

Great property, great host. always in communication throughout the stay, helpful with any questions we had. comfortable house, great spaces to relax and take in the scenery. outdoor kitchen/grill is awesome for cooking up burgers and dogs while relaxing on the deck.

Suzanne’s home is absolutely beautiful! We had a great stay, albeit cold and rainy during most of it. The well-stocked house allowed us to feel right at home and during the rain we played plenty of games of pool and darts. The kayaks were fun to take out and we even caught a few fish (although it did seem the fish were smarter than us- stealing most of our bait). The view of the lake is amazing, the area is quiet, and there is an eagle that hangs out on the rock just beyond the dock!

Lauren and Ryan's House was great! A perfect home for our family of four. The train themed bunk beds, darts and shuffleboard, fireplaces, and record player, were all hits. Lauren quickly responded to a few of our questions and made it clear that our comfort was her top priority. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, cozy and safe place by a lake, I highly recommend the Green Light Lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

Our stay at Rich’s place was very pleasant, despite the fact that we had rain the whole time we were there. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the grill for cooking, and liked the peace and quiet. Rich and Brianna are very responsive and helpful hosts. I would definitely recommend the place to others if staying in this area. We would like to return in the future when the weather is better!

Nora’s house stands out as one of the best that I have stayed in. It feels like visiting the home of a relative who has taken care to ensure modern comforts while preserving the character and history of the home. It’s full of antique furniture and special treasures from china plates to vintage games. The views are breathtaking from indoors or out, and the covered deck allows for grilling or lounging even in the rain. One note: the pull-down stairs to the loft are quite steep. We used it as a daytime clubhouse until our kids, ages 9 and 10, got the courage to sleep up there on our last night. We loved hiking along the creek and visiting the farm animals. Bring tall wading boots if you are visiting in cool weather! Although we could see the adorable pigs and goats from the living room, we thankfully couldn’t smell or hear them unless we went down the hill to say hello. Nora was helpful, responsive, and friendly. I am grateful to her for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

Fantastic spot with views of the lake from the deck. Easy to walk down to the beach and had fun with the kayaks. Lots of space for the kids to run around and play on the open plan kitchen/lounge. Quick drive into town for great shops and places to eat. A lovely community by the lake.

Great stay for my family of four and dog at this property on a beautiful part of the lake! Michael was super responsive at all times. House had everything we needed. Overall, a lovely home with a gorgeous view. Loved kayaking on the lake. At times no one else was there! Very peaceful!

Four of us and two dogs had a great time at the lake house for three night! Steven has programmed the space nicely with fire pits, hammocks, and boats to use during your stay. We had so much fun, and enjoyed hanging out on the porch by the grill. Beds were comfy, and the both room was clean with lots of towels. Steven was super responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. Don't second guess a reservation here.

Allison’s place is perfect if you’re looking for a cute cozy space to unwind and relax. Her place was so clean and looked exactly like the photos. She’s more than willing to help with anything you need while you’re there too! Overall great place to stay!

The stay at Ashlie’s was just perfect. The cabin is so intimate and secluded, but very close to everything you might wanna check out! Ashlie was very friendly, I would definitely stay again!!

Surprised my girlfriend with a weekend get away for her birthday and she was thrilled. Evelina and John are great host and their place is warm and welcoming. We loved the lake, and the quiet serenity of the location is perfect for a weekend trip from the city. Also loved the kitchen which made cooking in a breeze because how thoughtfully organized it was. Although our stay was short we did find time to take the canoes out explore the lake and take a refreshing dip. Our only complaint was that our stay wasn’t longer, and we’re both looking forward to coming back !

Couldn't have been happier with this cottage. Modern appliances, beautiful surroundings, quiet, gorgeous view overlooking the lake. The kitchen and master bathroom were standouts. Would stay here again. Bob and Julie did a fantastic job communicating before, during, and after the stay.

From booking to check-out, Karan made this entire process so smooth. The cottage was lovely, exactly as described, and properly cleaned!! We had everything we needed, and the cozy welcoming space felt just like home. We had a wonderful stay!

My husband and I were lucky to book the cottage last minute for a quick 2 day getaway. Philadelphia had extreme heat and we really wanted to find a place on the water, with air conditioner and pet friendly. Michael's place was perfect for us. The part we loved best was the outside area, starting with a wonderful large covered balcony/patio overlooking the lake, the fire pit area and the dock. We did a lot of swimming, enjoyed an evening fire and did some grilling. Took out the kayaks one of the mornings and went around the pond. Inside, the cottage is small but has everything you need, we enjoyed the kitchen/living room area, kitchen is clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. The host provide all necessary cleaning supplies, paper towels and kitchen towels. A/C is no doubt a luxury. The bedrooms are small, but they serve the purpose:) Michael and Daniel live next door and are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to go back!

I stayed for a month solo to focus on my projects & it was the most peaceful month. The house is contained in nature with a plethora of birds & animal life that I witnessed.. a crane fishing at the creek beside the house as I worked, a pair of woodpeckers hunting at the lawn, a chipmunk that lives under the house & has a morning ritual of its own. All while the lake boasted breathtaking sunsets. On the practical side, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one needs to cook everyday, which I did. It was private & safe for a solo girl like me to stay a month. Amazon found its way to it no problem. And there are nice streets to take long walks which I did 1 hour a day. Very friendly neighbors, everyone waves at ya. The covered patio, working from the dinner table, waking up in the bedroom to the lake.. all main areas are flanked by beauty. Really was perfect for a solo getaway. Also wifi was very reliable. Keep in mind lake living = insects. They’re harmless. Highly rec renting!

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

Such a beautiful Airbnb!! Very homey, clean, and a lot of amenities are provided! It is also in a great location. 2 minute drive from the lake, 4 minute drive from mini-golf, 5 minute drive from a beautiful park / hiking trail, a 25 minute drive downtown, and about a 15 minute drive to stores (aldi, walmart, lowe’s) and places to eat. Good home, surrounded by good locations. Host is fantastic, and always communicative. Responds fast, answers all questions, and even left us some vital things such as sunscreen and extra bath towels! A 10/10 experience for me and my girls.

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Christine’s place was amazing. We stood at the “Fika” cabin and it was great. It was super cozy and a well thought out space. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials needed to a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a nice getaway with the family without sacrificing any amenities. We absolutely loved our time here! We loved how secluded and quiet the property was. There’s plenty of room to spread out and the house has everything you need to have relaxing evenings/dinners at home and it’s just a 15 minute drive to Livingston Manor for going out to eat. You also have access to Hunter Lake for swimming and kayaking (only a 5 minute walk) which was the perfect way to unwind and cool off after long days of hiking. Heather was also very responsive during check in and check out and we felt well taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay at Marta's house. Everything was spotless, well cared for and thoughtful. The check in process was so simple and the house rules were easy to follow. The record collection was such a nice touch, especially on a rainy Saturday afternoon and the basement with a full media setup and games was perfect for a Saturday night in. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and amenities and the hot tub was great as well! The location was also great! Nothing bad to say about this amazing little spot :-)
