Awesome place! Beautiful greenery around with a great view. The house is huge and I would stay again! Well presented house and would 100% recommend!

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Two words…wow and stunning! I came here with my fam for our annual birthday celebration trip. This place is one of the best we have stayed at. Beautiful ambiance in the living, well equipped kitchen, beautiful new bathrooms and Aesop soap! Felt like staying in a nice hotel with the benefits of an airbnb. Basketball hoop, bird life and last but not least the view and the beautiful lounging chairs looking out, to die for! The host was very kind and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very well stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable. It’s a stunning and private location just minutes from the beach and lovely walks. Kylie was incredibly proactive and helpful too. We will definitely be coming back here soon.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is a such a beautiful home and in a great location. So close to Avoca town centre as well as great local walks to cafes, shops and the beach. The house was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Being so close to the lake was such an added bonus! Felicity even provided a fantastic travel cot and highchair for our little ones. It's a great place to stay both with or without kids. As a family of 5 with 3 babies we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly be back. Highly highly recommend!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 littlies stayed at Ahara house for a long weekend getaway! Was like a wellness retreat! Sauna & plunge pool were well used! Beautiful area to walk in, playground close by for toddler….Ineka gave plenty of great recommendations for walks & eating spots! Living area perfect for family gatherings & board games played into the wee morning hours!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

A breathtaking escape in Pearl Beach Carla’s place is simply stunning – nestled between lush forest and tranquil waters, it’s the ultimate nature-meets-design retreat. The Masterchef-style kitchen is a dream, and the architecture blends beautifully with the surroundings. While Pearl Beach itself isn’t pet-friendly, nearby Umina Beach is perfect for long walks with your furry friend. We loved the peaceful vibe, the stylish interiors, and the easy access to nature. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The views were stunning, and the surrounding area was so peaceful and serene — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen and pantry were incredibly well-stocked, which made cooking at home really convenient. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel welcoming and practical, and it’s very well suited for a longer stay. We also loved the great local café nearby — it quickly became our go-to for coffee and breakfast. Stephen was a fantastic host: clear, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend this stay to others!

Penny’s house was exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing & peaceful girls weekend away. Beds were extremely comfortable & the living/kitchen area was perfect for chilling. It’s beautifully decorated & set up, with great amenities for summer (which we unfortunately didn’t use due to cold weather). A close walk to the beach & pub, and only 15min into Umina and Ettalong, we could have stayed longer!
