Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Our modern home is 15 minutes drive from Taupo but still feels like a secret hideaway. It is quiet and private with majestic views of Lake Taupo and Mount Ruapehu - the sunsets are stunning. Perfect for a getaway all year round with outdoor areas and BBQ, large windows and an indoor, double-sided fireplace. The house and property was extremely clean and well presented. All amenities that were listed were available and the house was very warm. The communication from the hosts was fantastic - very efficient to reply to any questions or communications that I sent, as well as clear instructions for arrival and leaving. It was a great place to stay for a long weekend!

We really enjoyed our family stay at Karen’s place, super clean and tidy, the house itself was excellent, new/modern with great tech, well designed. Location was awesome, quiet street, easy lake access. House had everything you needed and more, loved the espresso machine. Great communication and checkin/house instructions were detailed and easy. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend.
