Das zweite Schlafzimmer Schlafzimmer gibt es auf Anfrage . Der Parkplatz für einen PKW ist direkt vor der Türe . 200 Meter zur S Bahn, ca. 40 Minuten nach München oder 3 Minuten nach Holzkirchen. Ortsrandlage mit schönen Joggingstrecken. Während der Oktoberfestzeit oder bei grossen Messen sind die Preise höher.

Unsere gemütliche, individuell eingerichtete Unterkunft ist eine eigene Wohneinheit im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad - Dusche/WC einer Single Küche und kleinem stummen Kühlschrank ( 36 Liter ), die nur von unseren Gästen genutzt wird. Gegenüber der kleinen Küche steht in einer Nische die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit. Eine überdachte Sitzmöglickeit steht euch an der Ostseite gerne zur Verfügung. Der kleine, nicht haarende Biewer Yorkshire Pino, aus dem Nachbarhaus besucht uns gerne täglich mal.

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk
