The house and location are very versatile and can meet any need from the traveling business person to families, couples, and solo guests. It is located in the center of business areas, colleges, outdoor activities, and other travel destinations. While we are close to many business areas and attractions, this is a country setting and we share our location with various wildlife common to Pennsylvania.

Rustic Spring House on sheep ranch. 68 acres to roam with stream, ponds, sheep, horses, donkeys, and chickens. Enjoy the life of a shepherd, within three mile of a quaint college town and home of Jimmy Stewart and 30 min. from Smicksburg, an Amish community. It's very reminiscent of a true Scottish BnB with North Country Cheviot Sheep. When available, breakfast is served in the main farm house. It’s either a seasonal farm to table meal or a continental breakfast with scones.

2 bedroom 2 full bathroom ground floor condo. Enjoy the newly finished living/dining area, coffee bar, and updated kitchen. Our Condo comfortably sleeps 6. Complete with ample room to store your ski equipment or golf clubs during your stay. Cross the street to ski slope access (Sunrise/Sunset ski lift) and hiking trail. A short walk the other direction will lead you to the pools, tennis, and pickleball courts. Less than 1 mile to the golf course. Firewood is provided.
