Pete’s Place is such a beautiful small home to rent!!! It was great for what my best friend and I were looking for. We took advantage of everything it had to offer except the pool. Everything we wanted to do was 30+ minutes away but we tried to plan things for least amount of driving. And the downtime at there was perfect. Well designed and clean. Kelly was a great host, very responsive, friendly, and helpful and it felt like she just wants Pete’s Place truly enjoyed. She even gave recommendations! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were sweet! Overall a wonderful experience!

Absolutely gorgeous views from the huge screened in porch overlooking the lake! So calm and serene, only saw one boat in the cove over two days. We spent most of our time relaxing and looking out onto the lake. Very clean, just as described, massage chair was an unexpected treat. Will definitely stay again and refer friends that are looking for a peaceful getaway. Book with confidence!

We were in Westminster for a family wedding Father’s Day weekend and stayed at White House on Main. It was the perfect place for our family. Driving up, we could see that the yard and house were well maintained. The house was tastefully decorated, very clean, and just as it appeared in the Airbnb listing. Josh and Andrea had great communication before and during our stay and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a small issue with the AC the evening we arrived and Josh came over and told us a repairman would be there in the morning. The issue was taken care of promptly and we had no trouble with it the rest of the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for our party of 6. We needed an iron the day before the wedding and the hosts’ daughter brought one over right away along with an ironing board! Josh and Andrea exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay again if we ever needed to stay in Westminster in the future.
