⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

These hosts take great care in making sure their guests feel welcome and at home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax after a couple of busy days. Their communication is top notch. And I cannot finish without mentioning the thoughtful snacks. That was really above and beyond - and very appreciated.

We had a wonders stay, and could have moved it. Sue was very responsive to our questions. A very nice place to stay private and quiet.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. The space was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. Has everything you need for a short stay. I especially appreciated the free on-site parking spot. I would stay here again.

The house was perfect for a weekend in Hampton Bays! Michael was very responsive and accommodating and the house had everything we needed. Beautiful little house tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

The hosts were extremely accommodating. We had a few inquiries that they quickly responded to. We even ran into an issue while at the house with the AC not working properly and they quickly had someone to come fix this. The backyard is really spacious and my dog loved running around! We had 7 people total, a bit tight for the inside living room, but the big yard/deck and beautiful weather helped alleviate this! Overall great stay and would definitely come back given what great hosts we had!

From the moment we booked, to the moment we left, John was quick to respond, extremely personable and honest. This was our first experience with an AirBNB. We sincerely hope all hosts are as accurate and honest. The house is a perfect getaway. A very quiet neighborhood with a back yard is tranquil. John and his partners truly thought of everything. We rented Nick’s place for a long overdue weekend of friends getting together from different bits of the world. The house is conveniently 1hr45mins from JFK and an easy drive from the city. The house was very spacious and perfect for a long weekend. Nick was very responsive and truly went above and beyond trying to get the pool working off season for us. The property is about a 10min car ride from the Southampton Main Street with loads of good restaurants. We also really enjoyed the sauna. Thank you Nick!

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

Anisha and Rob are great host, very friendly and responsive. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A fantastic place to stay in the Hamptons, a special gem of a place located in the Dunes of Amagansett, will be back every year!

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3

Adam’s cozy cottage was exactly what I needed! I was visiting for a work event and I needed a quiet base-of-operations to answer emails and take calls. The unit was pristine, much more space than I anticipated. Hot shower, full kitchen, comfy couch, and a big bed. When I was ready to turn down, the stillness and quiet was breathtaking. Complete darkness. Whether you need an extended office / room for a business trip like me, or if you want a quiet, isolated getaway near Sag, this is the spot. Thanks Adam!
