Stayed here more than once. It is always clean, neat, convenient and has all the kitchen and bath room tools available. Air conditioning works great. The place is perfect for us.

I loved the two months I stayed here. The solitude and views were magnificent!

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed! The location is central to everything - the river, great restaurants, and we could see the mountains from bed. My husband had the best sleep the entire trip while we were here, it was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and very quiet, we didn't see or hear anyone else during our stay. We'd love to return to town and would stay here again!

My sister and I LOVED our stay here! We needed flexibility when we checked in, and Erin was SO flexible and kind to help. We loved the place and couldn’t get over the views. The farm fresh eggs were a life saver when we ended up in Creststone later than expected. And to top it all off, our car needed a jump when we left, and she and her husband were so helpful and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond. We cannot wait to visit again, and I cannot recommend this place enough for a getaway.

Nicely decorated apartment right in the center of town. On the ground floor however there are a few steps up to the door. The kitchen was very pretty and we appreciated having two bathrooms and two bedrooms for a party of three. The owners were easy to contact and quickly responded to our questions before our stay.

I spent 2 nights in this apartment and I recommend 100%. The place is in Historic downtown in a wonderful 150+ years old building. Felt like I was conquering the Wild West BUT with all the comfort we need in the 21st century!! Plus, a free parking lot less than 20 yards away directly to the side walk. Just perfect. Julie’s place was so cool and the location is perfect! Really enjoyed the history of the place, how comfortable everything was, and the patio has amazing views. I would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Salida 😊

Don’t look past this place! Kevin is a very responsive and helpful host. Any questions I had were answered immediately. This was most important to me … In addition, the charming home is EVEN better in person. We were a group of 4 girlfriends and there was PLENTY of room. The kitchen is enormous and well appointed. The beds were beyond comfy with quality bedding and all the extras…hangers, table fan, down pillows, lovely hair/skin products. It is near everything! We stayed busy with train, rafting, park walks, tunnel hike and one day ventured to CO Springs to see Glen Eyrie Castle where we toured and had an afternoon tea. We would definitely give 5 ⭐️!! Thank you for a wonderful retreat!

we stayed with our friends and our dogs. Ros's home is great! Close to so many things (the ziggurat, the Dunes, the town, alien watch tower, and the gator ranch), and perfect for relaxing in the evening and catching the stars (and maybe something extra 😉). The kitchen was definitely stocked and made it easy for us to prepare food which was really nice for us. The upstairs balcony was lovely. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Ros!

Brooke and Kristi were wonderful hosts. Their home was roomy, clean and offered our family exactly what we needed for our daughter's wedding weekend. It was far better to go "home," rather then to a hotel room at the end of the day. This certainly felt like home.

We so enjoyed our stay a Terra Cottage! My 7 year old said it was the best Airbnb ever! I really enjoyed the courtyard mornings with Thomas playing guitar, and the calm and peaceful evenings. Being dog friendly was a huge plus for our family. Everything was stocked as Sean said, the record player and TV access was a great bonus. I loved having a fully stocked kitchen to use and cook in. There is not a lot in town grocery or restaurant wise, but with our own planning we had everything we needed and more! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Lovely and such a cute and private place! Tristan was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly! The place had all the amenities you could need and more-complete kitchen gadgets and utensils, TV, etc. Highly recommend staying here :)

Very clean, beautiful and organized home. I loved the porch that overlooks the Sangre de Cristo Mtns. The home was privately located and we enjoyed the birds and deer in the area. Not too far from town so you can still enjoy breakfast or an ice cream cone from the local shops.

A touch difficult to find due to fairly new area with 2 addresses. Otherwise it was perfect, great layout, super quiet, kitchen, living room with view, bed, and shower were excellent. Hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Hunter's place. The location was perfect, we walked to all of the shops and restaurants nearby without having to drive once. It was great stay for a weekend getaway.

We stayed here a couple of years ago, so we were familiar with the unit and surroundings. It's in an excellent location, bright and comfortable inside, and fairly priced. We'll stay here again if it's available on our next trip.

The condo is very nice and looks like the pictures, it's got modern styling, but it's comfortable. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The location is so nice for downtown Salida, you could park behind the unit and never have to get in your car again, unfortunately we had a bunch of stuff on the outskirts of town so we ended up driving a lot anyway. Sierra was super friendly, we ran into her at the boathouse and she actually recognized me and she was so friendly. If I had to complain I'd say the stairs from the back parking spot to the bedrooms were more than I expected and I was lugging a baby with me unloading the car, but really not that bad.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb was tidy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, which made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. We would absolutely love to stay there again on our next visit!

Lovely location, kind host and very nice place to stay

This was one of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve had in all my years using the service. First, the host responded within 10 minutes to every question. Then she arranged for an early check in if we wanted it. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. All the pots, pans, baking, knives, and serving tools we needed. But they go above and beyond. They provided quite a variety of cooking spices, cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and even stevia. They also provide a BBQ grill right out the back door. And they provided an abundance of blankets, pillows. And they provided loads of board games, books, crayons, coloring books. And in the laundry room, they provided detergent and dryer sheets. Amazing location, great host, great experience.

Condo was nicely appointed and everything was as it was described. Wonderful location. Personalized note and bottle of wine was just one example of the hosts going above and beyond. Thank you!
