We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

The Carriage House

Our desire is that when you stay at The Carriage House, you feel at home. There will be coffee and tea ready to make once you arrive. It is only 5 minutes from Hwy 20 and you can be at several restaurants and shopping within 10 min. The West Monroe Sports and Events and The Ike are less than a 10 min drive. The home has one king, one queen and two twin beds. We offer free Wifi and have a washer and dryer for your use.
