Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. Fully furnished and well stocked. Comfortable full size bed in bedroom. Pull out sofa bed in living room. Private area with grill and fire pit. This is well built tiny home with heat/air, washer dryer, vaulted ceilings and satellite TV. There are other units in relatively close proximity. Some are long term rentals and some short term. You will have your own private cooking and hang out area. I do own all the properties in the area and require neighbors to show mutual respect.

Our bungalow is close and convenient to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The home is very close to the Ike Hamilton Expo Center and the new West Monroe Sports and Events Complex. It takes 3 minutes to get to I-20 from the home. Home is located in a very quiet and peaceful location. There is a large covered outdoor seating area with tv. There is also an outdoor fire pit.
