Absolutely stunning apartment. Well equipped, spotless and very well presented property. Easy to find and access. parking on the doorstep. 5 minute walk to the town or sea front. Couldn't fault the property and the facilities. My wife and I stayed for a short 2 night break along with Millie, our 7 year old granddaughter. We only booked the night before arriving as it was a spur of the moment trip. We asked a question about parking before booking and received a response within minutes. Millie loved the place - especially because she had a whole double bed to herself and a TV in her room! She was gutted when we had to come home!!! We will undoubtedly book this place again when in the area and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Ben and the team.

Everything was super good and comfortable. No any minuses at all. Usually I'm writing what I didn't like but there is nothing that I didn't like.

Myself and my colleagues stayed for a week, it was the perfect location for walking to town! With parking on site, and a really easy check in! The inside of the flat is extremely pleasant and comfortable! The pictures don’t do it justice! Everything we needed for our weeks stay! Thanks

This place was amazing ! Exceptionally beautiful interior design. It’s stunning as soon as you step though the front door , such a romantic feel about the whole place.Very luxurious & made our weekend away for a wedding extra special. Lucretia was a fabulous host & always responded very quickly & positively. This place is definitely a hidden secret & with Newark castle directly over the road , with the river behind it & set in beautiful grounds. Really excellent pubs , restaurants bistros & cafes on the doorstep , nice shopping everywhere, I can’t recommend Lucretia or her beautiful place enough & I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there or recommend it to anyone.

Another lovely few days in Woodhall Spa. A fabulous location right in the town near to everything you could need. The apartment is beautiful and fabulously quirky! And the treats left by Harriet make for a special break.

What a lovely little apartment The check in instructions and directions were absolutely spot on ! From someone with no sense of direction - I found it first time ! And the bed … wow. Slept like a log

Christopher was friendly and helpful regarding the accommodation and getting there and good with advice on the area and local restaurants. The garden flat was clean, well appointed and comfortable, looking out onto a well kept garden. The location was good, within walking distance of town centre. In short; I do not think Christopher could have done any more to provide us with what we wanted and if we were to again need accommodation near Newark this would be first on the list.

Great Airbnb for a weekend away with everything you need within the apartment. Living areas are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and Guy was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay here again

Close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and takeaways, parking space and even though its close to the main road, the flat has been excellently soundproofed, would have no hesitation in rebooking if i was in the area again

Lovely little place for a one or two night stay. Really clean and got all the essentials you need for a short stay. Shower fantastic as well! Really nice quiet location.

Was there for a golf event with my daughter, the place was very well presented and just a lovely place to be and would definitely stay there again , very clean and both Ruth and Lily were very friendly and helpful Thanks Jamie & Summer

We had a great stay at Alisons abode, and enjoyed our overnight stay immensley. Having travelled along way , and spent a few hours at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at Spilsby, ( well worth a visit ) .. we needed somewhere to relax and recover, and found that at Alisons place ..

Very good place to stay to visit historic Lincoln. We were there on a Saturday night and it was very quiet. Lovely location right by the river, particularly good for walking the dog. Parking right outside the door to the flats.

This accommodation is a little gem. Everything we could possibly need was there. The location was great, within walking distance of all amenities. The flat was well appointed with quality linens and lichen goods. Definitely our number one pick for this area and we will be returning. ☀️

We loved our weekend at The Treehouse. The apartment is well laid out and tastefully furnished. It's so convenient for Lincoln which is a 15-20 minute walk. We had a lovely breakfast at the Sycamore restaurant just downstairs. The local pub was great and there are takeaways within walking distance. James is a great host and really made us feel at home.

Excellent stay at Stewart's place, some great pubs and restaurants only a few hundred yards away. We will defiantly stay here again, and recommend it to our friends.

Originally stayed here with my daughter and loved it so I eventually came back and brought my husband. He now knows why we raved about Mulberry Mews! He absolutely loves it too. Such a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Everything is so classy with lovely touches. As everyone mentions, the bathroom is to die for. We’ve been discussing how we could turn our own house into the same sanctuary! We’ve had a lovely relaxing weekend and totally chilled. Fantastic hosts, lovely all round luxury and such lovely touches… I could go on but I’m running out of space. Thank you both once again. We will return again x
