Delightful stay, room was cosy and super clean. Warm and comfortable too - the place felt very homely. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and we enjoyed the privacy of the dining area (with a welcome addition in Norman). Gina was very friendly and helpful throughout - would definitely stay again!

Pablo was very helpful and friendly in answering some queries we had before arrival, his care and consideration continued throughout our stay. The accommodation and breakfast were excellent and exceeded our expectations and the price was very reasonable. Top Class!

Lovely b&b, very comfortable, clean room with everything you need. I felt it was even better than the description. The en suite was spotless, the bed comfortable and there was a good sized tv as well as separate sitting room with a microwave, fridge and tv if required. Maria was a friendly and welcoming host and made a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.

Florence's location was just where I needed it to be for a brief, one night stay in Doncaster, and at a very reasonable cost. I did not spend much time at her place, but my room was comfortable enough and Florence was a lovely host. I greatly appreciated both the refrigerator and the fan in the room. Please note, for those like me who might be older - the room I stayed in is on the very top floor (up 3 flights of stairs), the bathroom is down 2 flights of stairs from the room, and the stall shower was not operational during my stay (but the climb-in tub did jhave a hand-held shower unit).

Had such a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Maria is very friendly and takes care of all of her guests in a friendly manner. Btw, She also makes an incredible omelette! The place is quiet and neat and the surroundings are peaceful; and just a walk from the local dinner/bar and the yoga studio Wellnest and a 5 min drive to cute Howden. Thanks again :)

Last minute booking that did not disappoint. An absolute gem of a place. Location quiet and peaceful; room bright and clean. Bed was so comfy. Gina and Nick were brilliant hosts that couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was freshly cooked, hot and plentiful. Don’t miss the homemade preserves (and buy some to take home). I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a great night’s stay.

Clean room, very friendly hosts. Comfy bed! Birdsong in the morning. There's parking (at the front) and it's about 15 minutes walk to the town centre (Newark is flat). A local park, a small nature reserve, the castle and the leisure centre are all within 20 minutes walk (5 minute drive). Breakfast is simple and catered for both gluten and lactose free. I enjoyed myself and would recommend it.

Super location for what we wanted to do. Walkable into the City which provides options for food and drink. Very quiet and peaceful. Tea coffee etc there. No hairdryer as I didn't take my own and could have done with a tea towel in the little kitchen area. Other than that really enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we booked, Louise’s exceptional communication made us feel like VIPs. Her hospitality was truly outstanding - warm, welcoming, and attentive. Such a beautiful room, with its cozy interior, was an absolute delight. Every detail reflected a thoughtful consideration to making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. A special highlight was the stunning summer house in the garden. It provided the perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings whilst playing a game of Scrabble and a cup of tea. A very comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom made for a V.pleasant stay. As others have commented previously, the breakfast that you provided was amazing and plentiful, and it was really lovely to talk to both Louise and Rich for a little while after. True hospitality consists of giving the best of yourself to your guests, and Louise certainly embodies this spirit when hosting. A real treat to stay at this AirBnB… we are sure to return again. This was such a beautiful place to stay with stunning surroundings and a luxurious room. The hosts were incredible, going above and beyond in every way. From the homemade cake and flapjack in the bedroom, to the 3 course breakfast full of homemade treats- everything was perfect! And to top it all off Kelly made such an effort to bake and provide gluten free options too. Thank you David and Kelly for such a wonderful getaway. X

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding close by. Lovely hosts, excellent accommodation in a converted barn, modern with character, spotless bathroom, lovely bedroom with all the amenities, sofa, super comfy bed and absolutely amazing air con! Private parking to top it off and a great breakfast selection.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Caistor, stop looking and book with Clare now. We loved our stay with Clare and Shawn, they both made us feel very welcomed and were so giving of their time to answer questions and converse about the area. They both offered to help us with some personal needs that were above and beyond and completely unexpected. The room was very comfy, I loved being able to open the window and sleep comfortably with fresh air. Breakfast was delivered to our door at the time we specified, it was delicious and well thought out, it was actually more than we could consume but we were able to grab the fresh fruit for our car ride that day. I also appreciated that the space included a separate room where I could go relax with my coffee and tablet while my husband was still sleeping the next morning. We felt very safe in the home and the area which was quiet and peaceful.

Had a delightful couple of days here. Beautiful house with excellent amenities. Dominic and Stella are really friendly and welcoming hosts and also provide a very nice breakfast! A great base to explore Horncastle, the Lincolnshire Wolds and surrounding area. Thoroughly recommended.
