We offer a quiet and extremely clean place. We are only 6 miles from Belleayre Mtn Ski Center. Restaurants are nearby. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the light, and the kitchen. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. WIFI is 300mbps. We have security cameras outside only, EV Charging station on the property. We now have an outdoor fire pit (wood not included). We also have a standby generator in case of a power failure.

Yanity House

You will have access to the entire house fully furnished. Pet's are welcome just keep paws clean its a beige rug. We want everyone to be comfortable, so please let us know how and what you would like to see improved if you rent the unit. We will improve the unit as per guest suggestions. Currently we do not have cable but we do have a dvd and game system in the living room - All the bedrooms have TV's, dvd players or bring your streaming device There currently is no phone but cell service works

Catskill Mountain Cabin Waterfall Retreat

Close to Woodstock, Hunter and Windham - our fully equipped house in the country is a true private retreat. With an indoor stone fireplace, outdoor fire pit and panoramic mountain views, our 3 bedroom private house is surrounded by DEP protected wilderness and beautiful waterfalls create white noise in the distance. A great place to watch wildlife, leaf peep, hike, and unwind. The perfect skiing destination, only 20 minutes from Hunter, close to Wyndham and Belleayre Mountains. Totally Private.

Mink Hollow Cottage very comfy wilderness retreat

100 year old Wilderness Retreat reflects an age gone by. The purpose of our little retreat, is to do just that, retreat and leave behind the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life, sitting by a fire with a good book after a day of fishing or hiking. Mink Hollow has been well appreciated and thoroughly booked for the past five years. We have enhanced cleaning procedures and installed an Ultraviolet/ionizer air purifier in bathroom. There is fast WiFi and a landline telephone to keep in touch.

Flat Rocks Cottage: Ski and Swim in the Catskills!

A year-round Catskills getaway! Located on one of the best swimming holes in the Catskills- known for its flat rocks. In the warm months, you can walk across the lawn scented with wild thyme, down the trail in the backyard, take a swim in the cool clean water of the Schoharie Creek and lay on the hot flat rocks. It is nature’s spa. In the winter, after a day of skiing at one of the many nearby ski mountains, nestle in by the fire, on our comfy couch, and cook in our well-equipped kitchen.
