Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wels-Land District

Our stay was very pleasant. We were lucky with the weather and could have breakfast in the garden every day, sit in the sun and read. The garden is beautiful! The apartment has everything you need, quietly located and yet you can walk to the city center in a few minutes.

Very comfortable, beautiful, high-quality apartment with wonderful views (panoramic windows in the living room), plus quiet. Even nicer than in the photos. Very suitable for relaxing, outside on the terrace (incl. deckchairs) and inside in the comfortable seating. Even one of the beds has a great view! Many hiking opportunities in beautiful countryside. Privacy, you don't get anything from the neighbors. We were thrilled and would be happy to come back!

A very comfortable, clean, well-furnished holiday home with wonderful views of Lake Traunsee. A very quiet surroundings. Ms. Elisabeth was kind and helpful. We can recommend the apartment to everyone.

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

We had a great time in a wonderful house. With the equipment of children's attractions and toys, it is like a paradise for children. This way, you can easily survive rainy days. Eike and Verena are very great hosts, lots of good tips and always great communication. Many things are simply available and Verena and Eike think well about what you might need. All around a successful stay for us. Thank you for that!

The Schweitzer family is very accommodating and welcomed us in a very, very friendly way. The apartment is beautiful and sparkling clean. Everything is very child-friendly and the Schweitzer family was also very understanding when our children had their loud hour in the evening. We can only recommend this place to all families, we felt very comfortable!

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. We stayed with our friends for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The living room is much more beautiful than shown in the property pictures. :-) Lovely views all around. A very pleasant welcome in the apartment was that everything was thought out, such as treats for children and dogs, and a bed for dogs, etc. Spacious and functional accommodation for at least our family of four and two dogs. Nothing to complain about, only good things to say. Very friendly and peaceful area, with a very nice playground for children in the backyard. Hosts are very friendly and respond well to messages. We can highly recommend this home.

Very nice and clean apartment. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay. My friend felt very comfortable there. Communication was very easy and pleasant. If I ever look for accommodation in the area again we will definitely stay at this place again. I highly recommend.
