Badezimmer und Küche befinden sich im Nebengebäude, wo man morgens auch zu einem familiären Frühstück eingeladen ist. Der Garten mit den Hängematten und der Laube bietet reichlich Raum für Erholung.

This is a place to disconnect in the middle of many sightseeing places in Austria. Spaces to share: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living&dining room, outside resting spaces, parking. We have three cats not allowed in the rooms. We are experienced travellers and we like to share tips but also to respect your privacy ♡

Wimsbach Castle is in an exceptional location. Enjoy nearly 6 acres (over 2 hectares) of private park and the area's outstanding cultural treasures and proximity to Austria's lake district. The village is embedded in a nature reserve, offering guests endless local walking and biking opportunities. The baroque churches and monasteries in the area are exceptional, and lakes, mountains and beautiful villages like Hallstatt are in easy reach. A stair lift gives less mobile guests easier access.

Experience our cosy Tiny House in Scharten, Upper Austria - ideal for 4 people + child. Perfect for bike tours and visits to the thermal baths, it offers a cosy tree house feeling. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub Family-friendly with toys for the little ones. Ideal for those who want to try out the Tiny House experience! Due to the hot summer, the grass has unfortunately not yet grown properly. But you can get to the door, the terrace and the bathtub without getting your feet wet.

Holiday apartment at Grabmayrhof

The Grabmayrhof is located on the outskirts of Kremsmünster, surrounded by greenery and very centrally located. Our new holiday flat offers space for 4-5 people and is modern and cosily furnished. In front of the house there is a large garden with seating, play areas for children and a campfire site. There is a lot to experience around the farm, of course we can also recommend excursions to nearby towns or different nature and hiking experiences in the region.

The high-quality non-smoking holiday home has 2 bedrooms with double beds or single beds, a large living room, 2 cable TV (140 cm), X-box, a fully equipped kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and anteroom. The house was opened in March 2014. You are welcome to feel at home in our garden. Sunbathing lawn, children's playground from May 2019, table football and table tennis are at your disposal. Free parking (carport) available.

Family accommodation

You will be a guest in our single-family house in rural surroundings. A family with three children in each age group is waiting for you. We also have a grandma in the house. Our four cats are very cuddly. We can offer you to jump in our pond. We also find it very relaxing to sit at the jetty and watch the fish. The spacious garden is bordered by. Our cats are used to dogs, if you wish to take your pet with you.
