We were very happy with the apartment. Maike has put a lot of effort into the furnishings, which you can tell. It is very nice and harmoniously furnished. In addition, she responded flexibly to requests and even had beer for us in the refrigerator. The idea with the guest book is also great. Thank you for the very nice days at Lake Tegernsee.

Manni was a super responsive, friendly, and kind host. He was accommodating when we arrived earlier than check-in. The apartment is on the fourth floor and it’s about a 30 minute walk to get to the center of Munich but the place itself was clean and matched expectations. Would definitely recommend staying with Manni! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is centrally located directly on Lake Achen. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, the apartment was clean and all people on site very friendly. ☺️ A short info on the costs of bringing a dog would be helpful. However, we had not asked in advance. We will be very happy to come back and would like to thank Andreas and team for the relaxing stay 😍

Fantastic location and apartment overlooking the lake. Andreas was very kind and helpful, and provided everything we needed for a trip with baby. In the Karlinger Hof there are many activities for children (bouldering, table tennis, etc). There are very good restaurants nearby. From the apartment you can take nice walks or hiking around the lake and the mountains. Overall a great and relaxing stay! We would have liked to have stayed there longer!

Ulli’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very private and located on a lake. The place is very spacious. Ulli was very responsive and kind. It was convenient to travel into the city center via bus or taxi and then train.

Great place to stay in a bigger vacation spot. The accommodation corresponds to a 2-room hotel apartment with kitchenette, the subway cleaning is taken over by the holiday complex. The equipment is very new and kept in the alpine style with wood-paneled walls and ceilings. The complex has a large swimming pool, which we liked to use. There is also a restaurant on site. A great thing is also the guest card Oberstaufen Plus which is included in price at the facility. This gives you a lot of high-quality excursions for free.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

The apartment is beautifully situated with direct lake views. In any of the surrounding area, everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed. And since we forgot the cafe we got enough from Christian for the whole stay. The place is highly recommended.

We had an amazing time! The flat is ideally located: very close to the lake, in a quiet environment and easily accessible! We found the flat larger than what we expected from the pictures and it was very comfortable. Rolf is great host and was kind enough to communicate with us in a perfect French! He gave us good advices on where to go for our walks and always replied very promptly. We can only recommend this place and consider coming back in the future.

Had a great time staying at Iryna‘s place! She was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. The apartment is right by the water and walking distance to Rottach-Egern and Tegernsee. It was clean and met our expectations. Until next time!

We stayed at Christian's place over Christmas. Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and very cozy. We especially liked the view of the lake and royal castle. The hosts were very friendly and also gave some tips on where to buy fresh milk, for example:) we are very satisfied and would like to thank the hosts and wish you all the best:)

We had a great spontaneous holiday in this accommodation. The two hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We felt totally comfortable and enjoyed the balcony view! We would come back any time!!

We had a great stay. It’s only about a ten minute walk from Marienplatz and Lena was so responsive whenever I had any queries. Would definitely stay again.
