House holiday rentals in Weaverville

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Our mission team was in the area working with Hammer and Heart. We stayed at this house based on location, number it could sleep and the neighborhood. Checkin was extremely easy, house was easy to find. While there, the A/C broke. Nothing that anyone could foresee. Amanda was responsive by immediately hopping into action by sending fans to try to cool the house until the HVAC person could get there to fix. Amanda stayed on top of the problem until she knew the A/C was fixed. Thanks for the hospitality of sharing your house so we could help people in the area.

This stay showed us why we always prefer when the rental is owned by a person and not a big company, Trace was super responsive and easy to work with our entire stay. Location was fantastic and it was super easy to get to all the things in ashville we wanted to while still being in a home that was quiet and relaxing.

Our family is huge so it’s really hard to find a house large enough to host all of us. Daniel’s house was GORGEOUS and so spacious, the photos did not do this place justice. The upstairs was beautiful with large windows that let natural light in. We did encounter a mama bear and her baby, but Daniel warned us every day during our stay to keep trash in and be aware of the bears. We were secured inside the house and got to watch through the windows. It was an amazing experience for the kids. The golf cart was a game changer. We didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The amenities were perfect for us and the kids. Two pools, mini golf, and pickleball was all we needed to stay busy the entire weekend. Lake Lure was closed, but that was told to us weeks before the trip. We will definitely come back when Lake Lure opens. 10/10 vacation!!!!!!

Very cozy and comfortable home. Black Mountain is a charming small town with great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Did not really interact with Evolve beyond the welcome email. I did communicate with the owner a few times who was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Great place, clean, close to town, great accommodation!

I had a little trouble getting in with the keypad, but that is probably more about my lack of knowledge with keypad entries. 😂 The home was spotless when we arrived and we filled it with lots of laughter and fun! The back deck was amazing - even in a gentle rain. And, our last night there we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Mike and Cate were INCREDIBLY helpful and communicative. They answered every question within minutes and made us feel well taken care of. Departure was easy and they requested minimal prep for departure. They made staying at their home easy and comfortable. 👍

We came in town for a wedding, and Susan‘s place was a nice stay. The space is attached to the side of the house, but it’s private, very quiet and has its own entrance. Looks like the pictures. Susan was very friendly and responsive. Would stay again.

We had an incredible stay – the house was cozy and the creek was beautiful. Fantastic host. We would definitely come back!

A lovely rural location with extreme comfort and attention to detail. 18 minute drive to Asheville

Had a great stay, the house looks exactly like the photos and is spotlessly clean! Appreciate the warning in the description about bugs, definitely something for people who are scared of bugs to consider before staying - nothing crazy but a moth or spider here and there. The location is great, beautiful surroundings and 15-20 minutes from restaurants, shopping, groceries and all of downtown Asheville. I would stay here again! The one thing I wish was different was the water was hard and had a sulfur smell/taste, so bring bottled water and be prepared for the shower to have a faint smell.

Exceeded my expectations. Although there are neighbors on all sides, it still felt pretty private. Absolutely loved the small creek running through the backyard. Beautiful landscaping surrounding the house. This was a wonderful cabin experience. You can tell this property is well loved because of the thought that went into the decor and the care of it. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Amazing, friendly and responsive hosts. The accommodations were as advertised and more! We’ve stayed on two different occasions and will return. If you’ve never been to Asheville this is a great property from which to explore the city because it’s close by, and yet it feels like you’re secluded in the mountains.

This property was a fantastic stay. It is super clean and comfortable and very close to everything in Weaverville and Asheville. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen as I enjoy cooking at home versus going out. The place had everything I needed and then some.

We enjoyed our stay at Jon’s place. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The location is excellent as well. Jon was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We recommend!

Loved staying here and will definitely be back! Lots of space inside and enough seating for everyone which was nice. Beautiful porch and back nature area, we appreciated the trees and view behind the house. Lots of yard room for our dog to explore (no fence so we kept her on a leash), she even found a turtle friend she visited every morning! And the hosts gave us enough supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, trash bags, etc) for our whole week and a half visit which was great! No street noise or traffic, plenty of parking on the driveway, and comfortable beds and couch. 10 out of 10 stay!

Samantha’s place was perfect for a family trip with a toddler! The upstairs master bedroom and rear 2nd bedroom made it easy to put our little one down at her normal time and then still enjoy the evening. The multiple porches made it possible to enjoy the views and fresh air at all times of day and even when raining. We were fortunate enough to see some wildlife, including a black bear and her cubs. The location was 15-20 minutes from everything in Asheville but far enough outside to be peaceful. On the nights we ate in, it was nice to have a full kitchen with all of the basics. The house was well stocked and perfect for a week long stay. We would absolutely stay again if we were in Asheville again.

This place is magical! Came to Asheville for my son’s graduation and for much needed family time with my children and grandchildren. I love the charm of the house, with the right mix of old and new. The view from the window in the sitting room was peaceful, looking out over the grass to watch the goats . Feeding the goats was a big hit with my grandchildren, we did it twice a day!The porches were great for eating and reading and just relaxing and catching up with my kids. It was a great place to enjoy being with my family. Jean was a very responsive host, answering my questions . I will return to this house for my next family get together in Asheville! The beds are very comfy😊

We loved Teylor’s! It was in the perfect location for what we came to town to do! 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to downtown Weaverville! The place was just as described and matched the pictures! The house had everything we needed! The yard had tons of space for our dog to run around and he had as much fun as we did! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Will definitely stay again when we come to down!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Leland's place for a long weekend! We did a bit of cooking, and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics for cookware and utensils. The fenced yard was great for our dog, and the home itself was cozy while maintaining privacy and seclusion. All of that plus being a ~10min dove from the Asheville downtown made it a great spot for a weekend getaway!

Loved our stay here. The house was very modern, clean, and well-organized. It was thoroughly stocked with everything we needed. I also wanted to note that the cabinets were clearly labeled, which I have never seen before, but was AMAZINGLY helpful. I spent much less time going through every kitchen cabinet to find what I needed. :) Stephanie was very responsive to my questions. Great value for the money and a great stay.
