The space is a dedicated basement apartment. The space has its own door and lock, but guests will enter through a shared garage entrance. The decor is neat and modern. There is a small kitchenette, giving guests the ability to eat in, or make coffee. The cozy sitting area is a great place to wind down for the evening or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.

Love the chickens and little tiny goats next door . I’m a walker so I walked across the street to see horses .. donkeys .. corn fields .. soy beans … wild flowers .. barns and silos which was recommended by the host. She also recommended the MCC thrift .. probably the most organized .. nice .. clean facility with friendly staff I’ve been in . Beds were comfortable . Plenty of linen .. plenty of parking .. and her son tried to help me with the keyless entry bless his heart when I had turned the lever the wrong way . A word of advice .. look out for the Amish in their horse drawn carts and the Mennonite on E bikes .. blind spots all over.. please slow down and keep everyone safe . We enjoyed our stay for country fest . Everyone in town was super helpful and friendly . I highly recommend this accommodation and host .

This farm was beautiful and a relaxing place to stay with our large group. It had everything we needed for a multiday stay and the standout, in addition to how clean it was, was the comfortable beds. There was no skimping on quality, we all slept so great. Each room had individual thermostats so everyone was comfortable.

Wren Cottage was cute and comfy! We enjoyed looking at the plants and flowers. The cottage was clean and well cared for. We had 1 small maintenance issue, but Peter offered to come take care of it right away. Great location and a great value! Thank you!

The most perfect little space for a quiet, private getaway! The porch and grounds are gorgeous and the house inside is exactly as described. Clean & comfortable, lots of little touches like supplies of soap, coffee & tea, etc. We also enjoyed the animal friends! There’s a neighbor kitty who liked to wander over for a visit and horses to watch graze. If we ever head back to Ohio again we would absolutely return to The Daudy House!
