We had a lovely, weeklong stay. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The home was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The amenities were superb and perfect for working from home (in the business center). I wish we had gotten more time to use them. The only few things to note, the neighbors are very loud. We could hear them each night, late at night arguing, stomping around, playing music. A previous guest had ruined their laundry door, so that caused a bit of a stir navigating to do laundry. When we arrived, the cleaners hadn’t done a complete job, but we assumed this is because we requested to check in two hours sooner than expected, of which, the host was very accommodating. He provided us with a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would totally stay here again and definitely recommend it for traveling families.

Enjoyed our stay! Townhouse was just as described. Our kiddos loved the daybed and colorful couch downstairs. Community pool was a plus!

This was our first visit to Covington and staying at Sarah’s place made it even better. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the square. Perfect!! Extremely impressed and will return in the future!

The house was better than what my partner and I saw in the photo. It's super beautiful and impressive. I loved the jacuzzi area. You could feel nature and La Paz in that place

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s better than the pictures. Best part of this place is the screened in porch surrounded by forestry. We sat out on the porch each night and had breakfast on it every morning. The place was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. We asked if she had a pack n play for our infant to stay in and it was all set up when we arrived. I kept saying all weekend how happy I was to have booked here. She was very responsive months before our stay and we had immediate responses during our stay whenever I messaged her.. This place is truly a gem.

It’s more home than our actual home of late— and that’s such a testament to the environment that Jessica has created. That we always find ourselves planning our next trip, crossing our fingers that the room will be available… Each stay has been a dream and I could not ask for more.

This place is wonderful. It's peaceful and relaxing. The home is comfortable and squeaky clean. It's a great place to go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Ashley is great to work with. Very responsive. I brought my 2 dogs with me. They enjoyed the large yard.

This was the perfect stay for my family while our son was attending a UGA swim camp! It was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary kitchen accessories! John was super friendly and responsive. Perfect little side yard for our dog too. :) Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown and to UGA. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house absolutely met our needs for a brief weekend stay. The large lounging sofa in the living room was very nice. Beds were comfortable and home was not cluttered. Our main concerns were: * Carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Felt dirty on bare feet and there were lots of stains. * Exterior landscaping. Trees and bushes were overgrown so they were hanging over the walkway to front door, back deck stairs and the driveway. If the above items are addressed then we would absolutely stay again in the future!

We had such a great stay! The house is wonderful and so inviting. Our daughter LOVED all the toys and the backyard!! We will definitely look for this house again next year when we come back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and would be so happy to stay here with every visit to Athens! They have clearly poured a lot of love into the renovation of this almost 100yr old home. The home is super esthetically pleasing and relaxing. They’ve considered all the details. Thank you Sarah and Kevin!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Lea's listing! It was clean with clear instructions on how to enter the property and check-out instructions were easy to follow as well. Rooms were nice and comfortable and the bathrooms included shampoo, etc. and towels were clean and ready for use when we arrived. The photos are spot on match which was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend this location for anyone staying in the Athens area and wants to be close to everything but not have to stay downtown!

Great place to stay. Cozy and felt right at home.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!

Great location & we stayed almost a week. Not alot of grass for dog walking but a dog park nearby. The owner was very responsive & we had a nice stay-thanks!

Great stay at this beautifully renovated apartment in downtown Jefferson with every amenity you could think of (including fully equipped kitchen) to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The host was amazing and very responsive. Much better than a hotel …Highly recommend.
