Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Water Island

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot in St. Thomas. The space was absolutely stunning. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. One of our favorite features was the front patio with its peaceful view, it was the perfect place to sit and relax, even during a rain shower thanks to the overhang. Karleen was a fantastic host. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She came to meet us in person and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend! P.s. Karleen advised us to rent a car, which was definitely necessary to get around the island and more affordable and accessible than taxis. There’s easy parking and she helped us with directions, as it is a lil nerve wracking driving around

Comfortable and clean. A little out of the way but great if you spring for a car rental. Had Guest Netflix which I loved. I was staying there after a week's sailboat charter so it was a great place to recharge after a week on the water.

Great stay. The location was ideal, and the unit was clean and well maintained. Each room had its own balcony, which added a nice touch. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a major plus, especially with beach towels and chairs provided. Plenty of bathroom towels were available, and there was always hot water. The host was responsive and helpful. One note for future guests: the address in the check-in instructions may not take you directly to the property when using Google Maps. It’s best to confirm the route with the host.

I would highly recommend this condo. While it is extremely difficult to maintain properties in the Caribbean due to salt and humidity, Brett’s condo unit shows no signs of this. The view is wonderful whether you’re on the balcony, looking out from the bedroom or even from the shower.

We stayed at St Thomas in Jackie’s place for three nights. The view from the porch was more beautiful than the pictures. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and in the evening, sunset. Jackie was so kind in offering to pick us up at the boat terminal and also allowed us to check in early too. She sent a video with clear instructions in finding the place. Jackie responded to our every need. A basket of snacks, bottled water, sunscreen and bug spray were waiting on the counter…so nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was an absolute charm. The space, the ambience and view was beautiful. This property is definitely recommended and it comes along with a great, caring and communicative host. The experience was expectional and look forward towards staying here again.

This place is incredible. Very peaceful and private with a stunning view of the north shore. The unit itself was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend to solo travelers or couples!

The view and pool are amazing! The inside was nicely done and well equipped. If you’re looking for something with a view and pool and not far from town, this is a great option.

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. The place is sooo cute, the house is cozy and the view is exactly like the pictures. I traveled with my baby, the place is full equipped for that, they have some swimming diapers, stroller, high chair, besides spoons, plates and baby essentials. They have beaches towels and chairs too, we only find out all of that in the last day of the travel 😂 the pool is nice, the barbecue was working fine, the house was clean. We loved 🥰

Mark was a fantastic host. We felt very welcome from the start, and Mark was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The property is beautiful and very unique - be prepared for birds, frogs, and unique plants! Would highly recommend!

The Airbnb and The host Ja were amazing! It was our last day in St Thomas and woke up to banging on the doors and gun shots at 1am-2am i had three children in the home and had to get them away from all the windows. Be aware of your surroundings.

Michael and Jenny were above and beyond the best hosts we have had from AirBnB. From the beautiful location, amazing recommendations, and easy going demeanor you couldn’t ask for more. Everything about the description is accurate and you can expect the view to be even better in person. They also provided a detailed cottage guide that clearly stated guest expectations and provided amazing recommendations for beaches/restaurants/groceries/etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain-side condo in St. Thomas! Tucked away in a peaceful, lush setting, the unit offered a private deck with a stunning view of the ocean—a perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while soaking in the island breeze. Having our own rental car made it incredibly easy to explore, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Magens Bay, 10 minutes to Charlotte Amalie, and about 15 minutes to Red Hook, we were able to reach nearly every beach on the island in 20 minutes or less. It truly felt like the perfect home base for discovering all the beauty St. Thomas has to offer. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt both safe and secluded. We especially loved the shared pool—most afternoons we had it all to ourselves, which made for a relaxing and luxurious experience. First off I have to tell you that this condo is what you see in movies. Everything is on point if you’re looking for a show stopper. This is it if you want to show all your friends and family what a vacation is show them Mark condo. Listen me and my wife went to the pool and met the tenants that live there very friendly respectful and all pictures doesn’t do it justice. You have to be there to see it Mark is a super host always there when you need him and even if you don’t he’s there and in a great way. This was my second year anniversary and trust me we are coming back to St Thomas again and again because of Mark. Now I don’t usually write reviews but I’ll even tell you more things you should know, Gladys Cafe great restaurant the island of st Thomas is beautiful and friendly. I Met one or two people that weren’t so nice but hey it’s life. Rent a car if you can and remember st Thomas has a lot of hills and crazy roads. But with that said I recommend you go to Mark’s condo

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

Love how the place is cozy, and very clean, and came with equipped kitchen ware to cook with. The condo had a beautiful view, and the drive was not as bad as we thought from the airport. Overall this place is lovely we have no complaints.

Stacey was a fabulous host and our stay was accommodating and clean! She made thoughtful recommendations to us upon our arrival of places to go which were helpful since it was our first time on the island. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Each room felt spacious and the balcony gave us beautiful sunrises to watch while we drank coffee in the morning. The pool is steps away from the front door which was also such another great convenience. Would highly recommend booking with Stacey!

We will definitely be staying at Shilpi’s place again, it was exactly what my husband and I wanted for our honeymoon! The place was exactly as described and pictured! The patio and balcony have beautiful views and the gated community was safe, quiet and private, exactly what we were looking for. Shilpi was great, she was very responsive and quick as well!!! Highly recommend staying in this beautiful place! Great restaurant towards bottom of the hill, Mims, highly recommend! Iggie’s was great too both with gorgeous views and right around the corner. Also recommend renting a jeep to get around the island and car ferry over to St. John to truly experience the island life and all it has to offer!!!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The location was PERFECT. The condo was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The welcome packet that Mike provided was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back!
