Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Water Island

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

The view and pool are amazing! The inside was nicely done and well equipped. If you’re looking for something with a view and pool and not far from town, this is a great option.

Tucked away peacefully, with an extraordinary view of the island, this home is an oasis. The pictures & descriptions are accurate but don't provide it enough justice. Everything is provided including condiments, toiletries, sunscreen, wifi, directions, even a book of local activities & eateries. Although the home is delightful the true gem is Kendra. She is always ready & willing to assist with a pleasant demeanor. The price point is also amazing for the quality of the hospitality. FYI I'd suggest renting a vehicle. Overall an exceptional time was spent here worry free & have every intention of returning.

The unit looked just like the photos; it was pretty, well kept & clean. There’s an amazing view. Located in a quiet area.

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The host provided recommendations that were very helpful regarding local tractions, restaurants, and beaches. Would definitely make sure you rent at least an all wheel drive car. The roads are on the difficult side to navigate at first. Sunset and view were beautiful!

Just wow!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for about 30 years, mostly staying in St. John… but the views from this villa were the best we have ever had! The villa was just extremely practical and homey! The king beds and cold AC helped us to recover from long days of hikes, snorkels, beaches, and shopping! The decor was so nice and we loved the live plants and orchids! We enjoyed the huge tv as we watched the college World Series in the evenings. The breezes through the villa were very relaxing! We will plan to come again! Thanks Michael for being so helpful, attentive, and quick to respond!

Christy and the team were amazing hosts!! Everything was arranged perfectly and so much detail that she puts into your stay! It was so peaceful, even with the roosters lol. We will definitely be booking again and will recommend this air bnb to friends and family.

This was my second time at Avery’s studio. Avery’s place has always been top notch in cleanliness. It’s a very nice studio with wood vaulted ceilings and nicely decorated. There is a small store half a block away where one can buy water and other supplies. There is also a great bistro half a block away and the times I’ve been there the food has been very good. From Avery’s studio you can walk to downtown where there are restaurants and taxi services that can take you to the beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return. It was a bit tucked away but we like that. St Anne's was just up the hill and the french heritage museum is right down the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby with friendly locals. We ate at the french bistro at least 4x and they were nice enough to call a taxi for us. We had the taxi service just pick us up at the french bistro bc everyone knows where it is. . The accomodation is spacious and clean - and much more considerations than we expected so we had brought our own - but there were chairs, a cooler and beach towels available that's soooo nice. It was also super nice that the generator was available bc there were a few short rolling blackouts - but the accomodation stays cool even when the AC is off - we never returned from gallavanting to a "hot" room. . We had a great stay at Avery's place and the island. . We hope to see you sooner than later . Thank you!!!

Great location! We didn't feel like a car was needed and walked most places. Host was so helpful and gave lots of local recommendations. The bed was very comfortable and there are beautiful views of the island from the balcony!

The location is perfect secure and and safe.The apartment is very beautiful and clean , with all that was needed for my stay. This is my second time so it felt like my own vacation home. You will need a car to get around . Maria is the best host ever. Very happy

Our family enjoyed this location especially the views we had of the oceanfront. We felt at home with easy access to the pool and restaurants made it easy to get around and explore the island.

Heavenly balcony breezes and view! Excellent pools and not boisterous/noisy - very chill! Enjoyed walking down to Sim’s surfside Bistro - phenomenal seafood! And Iggies at Bolongo is an easy walk with nightly entertainment. Very responsive host if any issues arise. Compact studio but has everything needed, and outstanding location!

The place was great for our purposes; being close to our daughter’s place and close to Magen’s bay. It was neat, clean and tidy. Loved the big balcony and the breeze!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Cliff Villa. The views from the balcony were beautiful and very relaxing. The Villa was stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay including beach towels, coolers, chairs, tanning lotion, etc. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook onsite (although we did not). The villa was very clean, furniture and bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well to keep the villa nice and comfortable inside. This location was central to the Red Hook area as well as Charlotte Amalie. We would definitely stay here again. Since we did most of the touristy things this time, we would try to visit more of the places the locals frequent next time. In my opinion, the exterior of the property, including the landscaping, is in need of upgrades to enhance its overall appearance.

We stayed for a week at Shilpi's location in Bolongo Bay. The villas are super cute, quiet, and peaceful at night! Our specific villa was decorated nicely and overall decently clean. We didnt really have any issues, but two very minor things: the ants in the kitchen were a bit much but we didn't really eat in, however we did have to keep our snacks in the microwave because ants were in the cabinets and drawers. Second was the beach equipment, I didnt have too much of an issue with the condition of it but it was a bit tore up, and the bin had trash and empty beer bottles in it (not the fault of the host, most likely previous guests). We also communicated about lack of a beach bag, which i completely understand but we did have to buy our own to use. Other than the ants and equipment, we had a great stay! The host is very sweet and understanding!

Absolutely loved our stay at Mike’s condo in St. Thomas! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Mike is an incredibly thorough and thoughtful host. He sent us a list of local tips and recommendations before we arrived, and I highly suggest you use them! His suggestions made our trip so much smoother and helped us make the most of our time on the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Christopher’s condo was great. We had a wonderful time here with beautiful views from the apartment and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Christopher was also a fantastic host, quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
