We had a quick but nice stay at the Frances house. We were in town for a funeral and James was very accommodating for our stay and was genuinely caring regarding our situation. The house is as described in the pictures and very clean. There were also snacks and coffee pods provided. Several restaurants and coffee shops around the corner to walk to. We hope to stay again in the future.

Kevin's place is spotless. You can tell the moment you walk in that this is not just a rental, but a well cared for home. The check in process was simple and easy to follow. He has instructions and suggestions posted in the house to make the dtay that much more simple. Everything about the stay was perfect. Lance & Sarah

It’s my first AirB&B, it is a lake cottage, reminiscent of a time when life was not complicated. A time when vacation meant making memories that would last a lifetime. It was well furnished,and very comfortable. There are lounge chairs in the front closet and a fire pit in the back yard. At the residence we were only steps from the water’s edge.

Joanne was hands down the best host I've ever had on Airbnb! I've stayed at several lovely places before, but Joanne truly went above and beyond. Her home is beautifully curated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Her communication was warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. The location is just as amazing—gorgeous river views, a peaceful patio, and a spotless hot tub, all right in the heart of downtown Dexter. Staying at Joanne’s place was such a treat, and it’s definitely a trip I’d take again. Thank you, Joanne, for making it so special! :)

Very nice and cosy place for a couple. Clean and homely. Good place stay when visiting Ann Arbor or Detroit areas. Overall highly recommended for single or two people to stay.

Benjamin's home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently close to the university's campus. The beds are super comfortable - we slept great! If you enjoy craft beer, there are several local breweries close by, as well as several nice restaurants. A great choice if you are visiting Ann Arbor.

I had a wonderful 4-week stay at Patrick's house, along with two friends and two cats. The place is even better than what it looks and Patrick made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful long stay. He was also very easy to reach out to, promptly solved anything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

Very spacious place for our family of four. Easy parking and load in sure helps. Great cookware too! Firm beds and great furniture. Be sure to visit the Hudsons at the Ypsilanti Automotive Heritage Museum when in town!!!

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant, right across from a lovely park. Annie was a fantastic host, clear and helpful on all details. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, offering tea and coffee that truly made me feel at home. We enjoyed a lovely conversation during a walk, where she shared her passion for plants and flowers, which is her specialty. Her warmth and hospitality really enhanced my experience. Additionally, the place is vibrant and impeccably clean. The bathroom is spotless, featuring a beautiful tub and lovely furniture, along with fresh bedsheets and pillows. The couch in the living room can also be converted into a bed, providing extra sleeping space. I highly recommend staying here! Dr. K

We had a great stay at Kyle’s Airbnb — it was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable and made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was the location; it was within easy walking distance to several great restaurants and cafés. We’d definitely stay here again on our next visit!

I was so impressed with this lovely garden flat! The location is amazing, within walking distance of everything you’d want to do in Ann Arbor. The outdoor space was lovely, and inside was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. This place would be my top choice the next time I’d want to stay in area.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

Val was an amazing host. She was always available when I had any concerns and accommodated any requests I had. she also helped me get to know the area better by recommending activities for my daughter and I. I'm really going to miss the view from the wall length windows. The location is great, everything you need is literally up the street. Downtown is a 5 min walk from the condo and is so beautiful. I would stay again.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

My husband and I stayed here for an event in downtown Ann Arbor. The unit was in a great location and walk-able to everything. I even took a walk down to the Big House which was less than a mile away. So many good restaurants; We highly recommend Echelon Kitchen & Bar on Main Street. The condo is a perfect size for two people and we would love to stay here again!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Host's communication was immaculate! I had some issues with my trip a few times & each time I voiced my concern she was very responsive & accommodating! it wasn't far from anywhere we had to take a car too & the space was very spacious, clean & comfortable! Definitely would reccomend staying here 😊

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.

Perfect place to stay with our family for the Island cup soccer tournament. Easily made it to and from soccer complex. Much more comfortable than a hotel room and plenty of space for us. Bonus that the boys were able to go fishing when they had time between games. you can see how much love and work they have put into this building. we absolutely appreciated the history of it and keeping that historic vibe while updating key features. Thanks for the superb hospitality!

We had an excellent stay here!!! Place is exactly like it's described! Beautiful quiet, neighborhood! Extremely close to food, shopping, and nightclub! My only gripe is, we had an event to attend, and there was no iron or ironing board to press our clothes. Would for sure book again. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place.
