Holiday rentals with breakfast in Washtenaw County

The rooms were exactly what we were expecting. It's hot up there but thankfully they have an A/C in both rooms!

I had a great stay at Lisa's! Her place is super cute and it was clean and comfortable. I appreciate how flexible Lisa is with arrival time and how she even had trail mix and a water jug available in the room. The neighborhood was also really nice and a quick drive to downtown. I would stay here again.

Nadine and her husband were gracious hosts. Spotless room and private bathroom. Delicious coffee and fresh bread for breakfast.

The host was incredibly accommodating and the price is just about unbeatable for a party of 5+ trying to stay in Ann Arbor proper. It’s even walkable to the stadium (at least it can be if you’re especially frugal or really enjoy walking!)

I had the nicest stay with Julie. Her place is lovely and welcoming, and I felt like I was visiting an old friend. Breakfast was outstanding-- homemade yogurt and fresh fruit! Can't say enough good things.

Sharon provided such a warm home for my parents coming for my graduation. The house was very cute and cozy, nicely cleaned and organized. We appreciated Sharon very much! Very nice stay.

This place was everything I needed for a quick stay in Ann Arbor for a football weekend. It’s a quick drive to campus, and there’s a wonderful bakery/coffee shop just a five minute walk away. Marcus’s place was well-kept, came prepared with clean sheets and towels, and even had a mini-fridge in my room stocked with free beverages! Marcus is super nice and a great host - he offered me rides to/from the airport and to/from campus. It was a great stay!

Delightful place to stay. Quiet and comfortable for both working and relaxing. I enjoyed my conversations with Nadine (and her cats).

Steve and Betty were super welcoming and made everything easy. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It felt really comfortable—like a home away from home.

We loved staying here! The location was great, within walking distance of downtown Royal Oak. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Irene's Magnolia Suite! It is just as described and pictured. There was a clear effort to honor the early 20th century architecture while adding plenty of vintage touches through the furniture and decor. Everything felt intentional and curated. This was probably the most well-stocked Airbnb I've ever stayed in, too (a full knife set! Unheard of!!). The Florida Room was our favorite. What a special spot to have your morning coffee and read a book. My one *minor* qualm- while the neighborhood is walkable there isn't really anything to walk TO, beyond a sea of beautiful brick homes and neighborly neighbors. Plenty to do in the surrounding area but it does require a drive. Irene was an EXCELLENT communicator and host! Very friendly and forthcoming. In a world of corporately-owned Airbnbs with their shiplap and HomeGoods-fake-succulents, choose CHARACTER and CHARM! Choose the Magnolia Suite! I can't recommend it enough!

Great location if you visit stadium and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Cozy room, perfect for one person. Hospitable and friendly host.

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.

The AirBnB is new and clean and well decorated without being cluttered. The host’s design sense was noted and appreciated.

This is my perfect 1-night stay for business travels. Everything was identified upfront, a small private parking lot was nice and the parking was labelled based on the apartment I rented... it happened to be raining hard, and it was nice there was a small roof over the parking lot so I didn't get wet. I didn't have to contact the host once, which is normally a good thing. Recommended.

Perfect, beautiful place for our visit! Close to lots of things to do, places to eat, but just far enough away to be quiet. Darling neighborhood. Jerilynn was always quick to respond, very professional, and friendly.

One of the best AirBnB places I have ever been to. Josie and Conrad are superb hosts; cozy bedroom and clean private restroom and delicious breakfasts. They also provided free rides from/to Ann Arbor whenever needed. I will not consider any other places in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

Beautiful home and each room had a private bathroom. Even tho the place doesnt have AC the window unit was strong enough to keep the rooms comfortable. Tv was a smart tv so we were able to feel at home in bed at night. Location was easy to find and the pool was clean and wonderful to take a dip in. Breakfast was on time, delicious and homemade. Had a very fun time meeting the other guest and shareing stories while we ate :). Jen and her husband were a pleasure to stay with and talk to as well.

Julie is a great host and her place is lovely. She made us feel right at home. Cozy, peaceful house in a great neighborhood and an easy ride into town. Would happily stay here again!

Jennifer and Tim are great hosts. They are friendly, approachable and down to earth people. We felt at home, talking to our friends. Really nice people. The place also feels like home, comfortable beds, spotless cleanness. Their attention to details in the rooms is also worth mentioning. They are also serving delicious breakfast. Kudos!

They are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was amazing! Tip for future visitors...do not click 'get directions' from the airbnb app. It repeatedly took us to the opposite end of Lloyd Rd via Google Maps. The hosts provide clear written directions in their listing, use this instead! Completely our fault for not reading their instruction details thoroughly.
