We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

With 23 acres of country, this Suite is perfect for reflecting and relaxing. Space includes a separate bedroom/bath, a great room w/bunk beds, kitchenette & a breakfast room. Enjoy the view out the picture window of the farm fields and big sky, play foos ball, POOL IS OPEN June-Sept, visit the animals, rest by the pond. There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

We have a great location. It is 10-15 min from downtown Ann Arbor and the stadium, but once you come home, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. You can go for a walk in the woods, breath the clean air and rejuvenate. The apartment is cozy but spacious, and surrounded by woods. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

I had a great stay at Lisa's! Her place is super cute and it was clean and comfortable. I appreciate how flexible Lisa is with arrival time and how she even had trail mix and a water jug available in the room. The neighborhood was also really nice and a quick drive to downtown. I would stay here again.

A lovely oasis during a chaotic event weekend in Ann Arbor! I so appreciated having access to an actual kitchen during a long stretch of travel, and the bed was a dream. The only hitch was local construction, which scuppered the bus route into downtown. Be sure to check the local transit site before you go! Google maps hadn’t caught up yet.

FANTASTICAL 5 STAR!! Such a beautiful little place. Easy booking and checkin. Parking was a breeze. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. Tiny but feels big due to the design. Plenty of space for a couple. Comfortable furniture and bed. I was surprised about how much space was in the bathroom and shower. Kitchen was well stocked with what I needed and some extras! I enjoyed watching the chickens, cat and dog run around. It was so peaceful that I didn't want to leave. I hope to return in warner weather so I can enjoy the outside space more. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!!! It was worth every penny:)
