Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Free WiFi 😊 Early check in, late Disclosure- we do have surveillance cameras installed on the property

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

A best-ever Airbnb experience for graduation weekend. Clearly this would be a suitable venue for a variety of event types. It might be the greatest reception barn of the world, we looked in though didn’t use or need it for our small group. It was a super choice for our overnight stay and hosting a few friends and family members of the graduates. All felt welcome as if at a private home and farm. The host was friendly and helpful.

Nicole and Victor are 5*/5* phenomenal hosts! They are courteous and responsive to inquiries, the home is immaculately clean, and they provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for any stay you may have in Syracuse. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and there is a delicious pizza shop not even 3 blocks down the street. I felt right at home staying at their private yet hostel style location. I have to travel to Syracuse for work once every month or two for work and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I've already found such a perfect spot. I highly recommend this location and host for your travels.

My son and I stayed in Chris’s home while we came up for a concert. He answered all messages within mins. House was perfect! It was quiet area. Easy check in. Very clear instructions. Even spent some time with us explaining Amphitheater parking and other details. Would definitely stay there again! Very close the amphitheater. Made it back in 15 mins which was not bad at all considering all the traffic from the concert!

Great home in a safe and quiet location. I was here to attend my daughter’s graduation and also to hike a bunch of local trails. Had an excellent stay. You have your own part of the home and your own bathroom, which is very nice. Christopher works from home but is in another part of the house. He is there if you need anything, but you still have privacy and your own space. I greatly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place! The only suggestion I have is to add some blinds to the front door, as the shared deck allows neighbors a direct view inside. Other than that, it’s a clean, quiet spot in a peaceful neighborhood, and parking is easy to find.
