Holiday rentals with lake access in Warmond

This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

Michel was a wonderful host, always reachable and very nice and helpful. He is constantly trying to make the stay as beautiful as possible. We loved the house with the layout of the garden by the water and the beautiful view from the living room and terrace. The surrounding area is beautiful and much can be explored in the area. Very nice location, very close to the center. It is important to mention that there is no parking space for the car. 500 meters away is a free parking space. We didn't think this was a problem. First drop off the luggage and then take the car to the parking lot, went well (one-way traffic). The cottage is modern and cozy and equipped with every comfort! Train station and bus stop are nearby to explore the wider area by public transport. In the garden, there is a shed where you can store your own/rented bicycles. It is a quiet environment and yet close to the city center! Wonderful place and definitely recommended.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived at a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was possible without any problems. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next autumn. We found the perfect spot to spend a few days in the Breukelen / Maarssen area. Able to live like a local by biking to shops and touring the area. Nicolette and Remko made our stay so pleasant and were very friendly to help with plans or a quick chat. The space inside was lovely and roomy. Lots of place to relax outside too. Great biking and boating in the area - follow their recommendations. Most welcoming hosts we have met. Thank you for everything.

The house has plenty of space and is very well equipped. The parking lot and the possibility to park bicycles are great. The area is great for exploring by bike. Sam's tips about the area are also great! Great for a stay near the sea - by bike it is 20 min to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly what we needed , clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. They really made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment, very easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Great location on the waterfront and close to bus station. Easy walk to town and lots of cafes / restaurants. Shafieq was really responsive and helpful and gave very clear instructions on check-in.

We spent a weekend in Koen's accommodation and felt very comfortable. The city center is a few minutes' walk away, free parking is available in the immediate vicinity and the apartment is very well equipped. We were completely satisfied. Everything great, thank you for the great stay. Gladly again!

A beautiful cottage in which we immediately felt comfortable. The view is sensational: ducks, storks, rabbits, lots of greenery and waterside. On the terrace with the very cozy rocking chairs, you can relax and enjoy a sundowner. The amenities are perfect, the beds very comfortable and everything super clean. Rudi is a great host and very friendly. 😊 We will be happy to come back.

Wow! Nor and Mat’s cottage was the perfect escape. The most comfortable stay with picturesque views. The home was immaculate, and Nor and Mat have thought of everything—including toys and crafts for our 3 year old. Their communication and instructions were great, too. The location was wonderful too—a short drive to many restaurants and stores while still quiet and peaceful. We loved our time there!

Beautiful house and perfect host!

Best location for access to Edam. Steps away from the cheese market. Ample parking for an SUV. Bathroom on par with American standards - nicer than most European bathrooms. Washer and dryer are full capacity. Enough sleeping space for a family of six. Playground in front of house. Hosts nice and responsive. Cobbled roads and narrow homes do make Edam not ADA friendly like much of Europe.

Had a nice sunny weekend with friends in this nice and cozy cottage. We have enjoyed the big garden with lots of sun. The cottage matches photos and description!

Such a lovely place to say in a peaceful, friendly village with swimming canal ,all within easy to navigate public transport to central Amsterdam. We had a fantastic time, our host Lonneke was helpful and very friendly. The cottage was very clean and as described. I would recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful accommodation with a view directly of the lake. The accommodation is small but it offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. There is also a parking lot directly opposite and very good restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a dream to wake up every day with a view of the lake. If the weather is good, you can also go swimming there. Will definitely be back :)

Addy is a nice host who clearly communicates, gives extra tips about the area and always responds quickly to messages. The tasty treat upon arrival is also well received every time. Once again, we greatly enjoyed the accommodation and the surroundings. Children searched for shells, caught crabs, made sandcastles, played football at the campsite and then came 'home' to Addy's cottage. (Where everything is also abundantly available and wonderfully clean!). On to the next time!
