The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Enjoy life in our cozy apartment. In a few minutes you are within walking distance of the Warnow, in the historic old town, the shopping street and in numerous great cafes and restaurants. The accommodation has 2 cozy rooms with double beds or comfortable spring core permanent sleepers. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a bathtub. Since my sister is regularly abroad for a long time, we invite you to her beautiful apartment!

The apartment is very close to Rostock Central Station. It can accommodate up to 6 people with two sofa beds and a double bed. The built-in kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings and includes, among other things fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetops, etc. In the bathroom, in addition to the classic shower, toilet and sink, there is also a washer/dryer. There is also a small seating area on the balcony.

The bus stops every 20 minutes during the day about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The bike path network is well developed.
