The apartment is located in an apartment building (3 units) on the 2nd floor. It has a size of 75 m², consisting of 1x living room and 2x bedrooms, 1x kitchen and 1x bathroom with tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the common electrical appliances. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Free parking on the premises can be used. The Müritz is 20 meters away. A swimming area is available. To the city harbor, downtown and the national park entrance is a 5-minute walk.

Genieße die Klänge der Natur wenn du in dieser besonderen Unterkunft in der mecklenburgischen Seenplatte übernachtest. Innen wurden nur feinste Materialien und Putze verwendet. Nichts ist überladen oder verbastelt - hier kannst du durchatmen, die Natur genießen, im See baden (5 min zu Fuss), direkt vor dem Häuschen einen Hike beginnen oder mit dem Rad vom Grundstück aus starten und um den See radeln ... am Abend schlummerst du vorm Gußeisernen Kamin friedlich in eine Wolldecke gekuschelt ein ...

Altes Eishaus am See, Sauna, Fireplace, Canoe, SUP, Boat

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist nur 500m vom Warener Stadthafen entfernt und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Müritz benötigt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großzügigen hellen Wohn- Essbereich mit gemütlichem Kuschelsofa. Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize bett, Duschbad, großzügigem Wohn-Essbereich mit Sessel, Sofa, 4K TV und DVD-Player, Esstisch und Küchenzeile (komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler).

Du erreichst die 120 qm freistehende Villa auf einem 490 qm Garten über eine Privatstraße. In wenigen Minuten bist Du am feinen Sandstrand vom See und in dem Waldgebiet welches Untergöhren mit Göhren-Lebbin verbindet. Entspanne in der Außensauna und im 36 grad warmen Whirlpool. Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt. Den Abend genießt ihr vor dem Kamin oder auf der Süd-Terrasse mit Grillkamin.

Vacation home in a quiet location for 8 people. On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer, lies the vacation home "MarthaSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

Quiet apartment in Malchow

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.
