We loved the location because the house was very cool, had a fantastic view and the grounds were great. We liked walking our dog in the neighborhood. We live in Southern California in a similar neighborhood but some might find the drive to the house a little challenging but well worth it when you get there! We hope to stay again next time we visit our daughter.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

Gabriele is an accomplished artist and an animal lover. The apartment is replete with art on the walls and on the shelves. There are many many interesting books. The kitchen is very well equipped and the views from the lovely breakfast nook are wonderful. (Be careful or you’ll just want to stay in and read!) We appreciated the detailed instructions for using the appliances. And best of all, everything worked! We enjoyed this place immensely.

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

Sunny Oasis is an accurate description! This home is very comfortable and nicely appointed in the heart of Berkeley.

Stayed here with family. The backyard was our favorite part- we had a toddler in the group that could run around play while we hung out on the deck. House was beautiful and modern. The local area was peaceful, we saw lots of local wildlife on the hill which was fun to sit and watch with coffee. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. We booked this place for a family staycation to spend a long weekend doing nothing but relaxing. This place exactly fit the bill. The hot tub was amazing, the pool was lovely and clean. Our little daughter thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The place was clean and well appointed with amenities. Best of all, when we realized we might end up arriving earlier then check in time, Alex promptly set us up to arrive a while hour and a half before time!

Very nice little apartment and one of our favorite places! The bed is super comfortable which was important to us. The kitchen is well-stocked, full refrigerator, and had a Keurig with coffee. We liked being away from downtown, but still conveniently located.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

This house is incredibly spacious and looks exactly like the photos. All of the linens are well organized and the kitchen had tons of counter space. The fireplace was dreamy in the kitchen and we loved the absolutely enormous television! Very, very soft beds as well.

David was a great host! He provided clear instructions for check in and accessing items around the house. The house itself was very nice and accessible. However, we were asked to start a load of laundry ourselves for the dirty towels despite being charged a cleaning fee. Other than that, I would recommend David’s home!

The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the picture and the beddings are very comfortable. The surroundings are very safe.

This was definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs I have stayed at so far. Beautiful location, great communication with hosts, the space was unique and clean. You honestly transport to another world once you’ve arrived. Very beautiful villa atmosphere and nicely tucked away/private, would definitely stay again!

We have stayed multiple times with Advanstay and are very satiated with the accommodations. The apartment is in a great location and walkable to downtown and restaurants (very convenient). Also, very happy with the secured parking garage. The apartment was clean as advertised and looked like the pictures. Kitchen had everything you would need. Alphe was super helpful and proactive in providing clear and concise instructions. Check-in was simple with no issues. She was very pleasant to deal with. All in all, I would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again.

Excellent place, very close to almost everything one needs. Place was very clean and host was particular in provisioning for everything. Nathan was extremely responsive host.

It was perfect. We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation from Saint Mary’s College. East access to the highway, nice peaceful location but close to everything you need and the accommodations were lovely. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The host was the reason I rebooked. She brought fresh flowers both times, and checked to see if I needed anything throughout my stay. She was extremely trustworthy, hard working and very lovely, caring person! Highly reccommend if you want a peacful place to work and/or relax. I cant wait to book with her again.

The unit is quite small, which is clearly advertised and we expected so it wasn’t a big deal, but it was pretty tough to move around in with 2 of us and our dog. The studio did not feel that private as we saw several different people in the courtyard during our stay. However, those were the only two downsides — otherwise, this place is a great value for a comfortable stay in the Bay Area! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the host was very responsive when we needed something. There was a great park down the road and several stores and food options within walking distance. Street parking was very easy. The space in the unit was well-utilized, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped and well-lit at night. Thank you for hosting us!

The Treehouse Retreat was beautiful and peaceful! Lovely to wake up to the sound of birds in the morning and the view of leafy trees out the window. Super comfy space near lots of East Bay amenities, but feels super private. Would definitely stay here again!
