We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL bound for a game? No problem as we are close to the 24 freeway and a quick drive into Berkeley.

This tiny home is nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside of Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, central room, bathroom, and private washer/dryer at your disposal. There is a kitchenette that covers basic cooking. The space is a cozy 350-400sq/ft. The yard is private and fenced for 4 legged friends. We ask for a $25 fee for visiting pets. We welcome one pet at a time and do approve each request

PLEASE READ (1/9/2021) We have an infant, so it's quite possible that you might hear him fussing in the main house at some point. Usually it's brief, but please do not book our suite and then rate us less than 5 stars because of this. Thx! This is a spacious private room with in-suite private bathroom and kitchenette amenities. You have your own entrance into the suite, which is attached to our family home. The provided breakfast is black coffee, hot tea, and granola bars.

This spacious unit located on a Cul-De-Sac is perfect for 1 - 2 guests looking for short or long-term stay in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It has 1bedroom, 1 bath, and a small kitchenette. In-law is connected to the main house but we do not have any access to the space. We try to be mindful of the noise but you may hear us from time to time since we do have shared walls. This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and one small dog. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash on the property.
