Can't say enough good things about this place! The location is superb, the street and surroundings are beautiful, architecture of the building has loads of character and the interior of the apartment is simply charming. You have everything you need inside, including a space to work at with a laptop (which I did alot of). Access to the tram is literally at the doorstep, and you are so close to main train station and the Old Town. Mario was a super host and always responsive to questions. Just brilliant - thank you for everything! If you stay here and have time, grab a coffee and take the tram to Seilbahn Rigiblik, then take the Funicular up the hill. Enjoy a seat at the meadow with a great view of the mountains,lake and city. On your way back down the hill in the direction towards the Limmat river/Beckenhof Park, loose yourself in the historic architecture and old growth trees of the Oberstrass neighborhood.

Great place to stay for affordability in Zurich. Steps away from train, tram & bus with only 10 minutes ride to Old Town. We had to move units due to a quickly resolved issue, but we discovered not every unit has a kitchenette. We were very glad the second unit offered a 2 burner stove & more cabinet & refrigerator space. But, excellent caffe in upstairs restaurant.

We stayed here at the start of our Switzerland trip and it was a great experience, very cozy but easy to get to and walkable to the train and surrounding areas. You’re along the river and can enjoy the views and breeze from the window which was nice. The host was extremely responsive and friendly and check in directions were very clear.

The apartment was just as described, we felt very comfortable and would book again anytime. We have chosen the apartment due to its proximity to Switzerland, the location is ideal for day trips.

The place plus the host both stood out. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. we struggled with the stove for a brief time but she took the pain and came in person to help us. not only that her responses were always on time and polite. now about the place, it is near to the main station and city .. we covered all important places easily.. and when we came back we had the ease of staying at a cozy comfortable place.. Thanks very much Erika for hosting us. you have given us memories to cherish.

Quiet area within walking distance to restaurants and shops

It was lovely place, pretty close to the town area with COOP departmental store next door. Very elegant designed rooms and nice balcony. Highly recommended for someone wanting to live in peace and witness swiss style of living.

A nice flat, in a very quiet green area slightly outside the city centre with a direct and fast connection to the city centre by tram. Very clean and well maintained, with the added advantage of a private car park directly in front of the house. Kamil handed us the keys in person and we appreciated his interest and several details, for example the coffee already ground or the body hygiene products. The mattress could be a bit more comfortable, but the absolute quietness made it possible for us to sleep very well. Absolutely recommendable, especially for those who want to retreat to a quiet place after a day of traveling/sightseeing.

Milan's apartment is amazing and he is very hospitable and friendly. It is located in a large square in the heart of the old town with dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. The Zurich HB train station is a 10-15 minute walk and there is a full-size grocery store a few hundred meters away. We did not expect to need AC in Zurich in June, but the temperature was above 90F for two days, so we were very happy to have AC in Milan's apartment - many rentals do not have it. Note that the unit is on the 5th and 6th floors (plus a rooftop terrace on the 7th), and there is no elevator. Milan's family owns the cafe on the ground floor, and they graciously volunteered to carry the heavy luggage upstairs. If you have an early flight on your way out of Zurich, you may have to carry your own luggage down, but gravity helps. The view from the rooftop is spectacular, the kitchen is well-appointed, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are modern. Very highly recommended.

My wife and I have stayed in MANY AirBNBs over the years and we can legitimately say that David both as a host as well his property are absolutely 5+ stars! His communication, attention to detail (the property has its very own website!) and obvious concern for our welfare throughout our trip make this a no-brainer for booking. Plus, in our opinion the price for the property (especially in one of the most expensive cities in the world) was a great value. This vacation has exceeded all our expectations. A haven of peace in the midst of nature, which gives you new strength and energy. We felt super comfortable right away. The place was fully equipped and very clean. The view is simply indescribably beautiful and lets you forget everyday life. We also felt very comfortable with Iris as a host. She was very flexible and easy to reach. We can only recommend a vacation there!!!!

You won't regret booking this property -- just do it! Right in the middle of it all and yet quiet as can be -- everything is just delightful. James was especially helpful with getting us to the right door when we were loopy with jet lag exhaustion. Close to 3 different groceries, so many bakeries (we only had time to try 3) and countless restaurants -- walk to the Opera Haus for an evening out or just down to the water for a peaceful stroll. It is a splurge but was worth it for an awesome landing in Zurich.

Dayana was a wonderful host that was willing to answer all of our questions. The apartment was extremely clean and we were provided with everything we needed and more for our stay.

Hello everyone🙂, the apartment was simply great – just as in the description! Everything was super clean, modernly decorated and very cozy. We felt right at home. Sam & Jenny were extremely friendly and very communicative – if you have any questions, they responded quickly and helpfully. You can tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. I can definitely recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime.😃👍 There are good restaurants nearby and you can also quickly make a trip to Switzerland or the Rhine Falls.

Everything is very high quality and modern - we were just amazed. The amenities are so complete, like at home. Nothing is missing. It goes far beyond the normal level for vacation rentals. If you need something (raclette, sled), just ask the landlord. Very helpful. The view from the apartment is excellent, sunrise behind the mountains... An exceptional luxury apartment in a great location in the Black Forest, a few minutes' drive to Switzerland.

Nice and quiet apartment with beautiful trails nearby and grocery stores that’re at a walkable distance. Ivan & Mauro also setup the travel pack n play crib for our daughter which as pretty helpful. The hosts are very responsive and provided very clear instructions for checking in, parking and checkout making everything easy. Even though they had setup a pedestal fan for us, the apartment got a bit hot and we had to vent out the patio door in the night for it to cool down. Overall it’s a pretty convenient apartment to stay in Zürich.

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

Peter was very responsive. We love the view! Small touches made our stay special - complimentary coke, washing machine pods, dishwashing soap and the guidebook was very helpful too.
