Great place! Wonderful stay and great location.

We loved this place right on the water AND walkable to downtown. The bedroom we stayed in had a view right out to the water and also had dining and seating area with a view as well. So peaceful. Shower had great water pressure which is always a win for me. Bed was super comfortable and the house had no problems staying warm in the cold weather. Kitchen stocked with every thing we needed, too!

This resort was fantastic, other reviews mention thin walls, which is accurate, but did not ruin the magic for us. It was peaceful and quiet and we will be returning as soon as possible!

Was the perfect spot to stay for our trip to RMNP. Would definitely come back again. Already recommended to multiple people.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and communication was seamless throughout the entire process. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from The Stanley, making it perfect for exploring the beautiful town of Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Plus, it was super easy to find, which took all the stress out of arriving. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! The location was in close proximity to both RMNP and Estes Park and the view was gorgeous. The cabin was super clean and exactly as described. It was perfect for the kids and everyone had a great time! Loved seeing all the wildlife right nearby too!

We loved our stay here, it was lovely. Only remarks are that the drive up the hill to get to the house was steep, but doable. Also the shower is a bit tight but it is what it is, lol. Birds and chipmunks are so cute to watch from the patio!!

A great place to stay and the cabin was incredibly beautiful and quiet! The owner came out to make sure everything was great, which it was. I had a little trouble with GPS from our Verizon phone, but ended up finding it just fine. We will stay again if we come out.

Cathy and Garth’s cottage was perfect! Everything was so clean, the location is right next to downtown Estes, and the cottage has absolutely everything you would need - we didn’t have to worry about forgetting anything at home. The cottage is so charming and cozy, and Cathy was very responsive and left a lot of recommendations for things to do around town. We were traveling with our baby for the first time which made me nervous, but Cathy kindly offered us a pack n’ play and a high chair, and the cottage was so clean and comfortable that we had a great time. This is the perfect stay for a couple, a couple with a baby, or even just a pair of friends. We’ll definitely be back!

While exploring Estes Park, we enjoyed staying at Terry and Carolyn's delightful home. The space was clean and spacious and nestled in a serene and picturesque area. With designated parking and proximity to downtown Estes, it was the perfect base for our adventures. We adore Estes Park, and for first-time visitors, Carolyn and Terry provide a helpful binder filled with essential information about the best places to explore in the area. If you stroll into town, you'll discover some fantastic local breakfast spots. The residents and the food are both great! There's also a lovely Starbucks with a nice porch area where you can savor coffee while enjoying the scenery. You can easily spend a whole day exploring all the excellent shops and restaurants in Estes. The residents are charming, and the town is pet-friendly. If you're a fan of fishing, Trout Heaven Fishing Pond is an absolute must-visit. Carolyn and Terry's place was perfect!

This cottage was walkable and one of the most conveniently-located places we’ve ever stayed. It was great to have the dedicated parking spot so that we didn’t have to try and find parking on the main street among the crowds. The cottage was cozy. Fun to watch the elk right outside of the front window!

We really enjoyed the location and the cozy little apartment home. It is a close walk to the strip. The master bed area is a little cramped. One of you has to crawl on the bed to get in because it is up against a wall, which means there is no place next to you for a beverage or a phone on one side. Not a huge deal. Convenient to have the extra 1/2 bath. We would stay there again! Perfect location!

This was such a beautiful place to stay! We loved watching the wildlife in the backyard. The kitchen was very well equipped as was the bathroom. We were tired when we arrived and ended up using the wrong keypad to get in, but Tari was so helpful and gracious when we called. I'm looking forward to being able to stay here again!

While there was a small mishap with the cleaning in preparation for our arrival, when I contacted Catie, she cleared it up right away and within a half hour the place was spic and span and ready for us. Catie generously even refunded a portion of our payment as compensation for the place not being quite ready for us. My son and I loved the place and were very comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend Catie's place!
