⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

We had two family events to attend during our stay. Erica was so helpful in getting back to me about the original availability of the apartment! It was a perfect place to relax sleep! this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. Had an excellent stay at Eileen’s place. The house was extremely clean and perfect size for a couple. Beautiful view and surroundings. Only wish I had more time to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again if I return.

This beautiful home did not disappoint! There was lots of space for our group of 7 ladies to eat meals together, sit outside for coffee, play games and sleep in the comfortable beds. Lots of amenities including utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, towels, etc. We walked to beach and it was a quick drive to town. We are already planning our next year’s visit! We had a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage. It had everything we needed and more. Great spaces indoors and out to hang out, walkable to one of our favorite wineries, other wineries & restaurants close by. Appreciated having a tandem kayak to use & explore Goose Creek. Enjoyed watching birds, including Baltimore oriole parents in a nest in the backyard. Would return again. Thank you!

Our recent stay at this Sag Harbor was absolutely delightful! The house was charming . We felt at home in the beautifully decorated and its well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal – a peaceful retreat yet just a short drive to the heart of Sag Harbor village with its lovely shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the proximity to the beaches.the pool are is like a mini resort! We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Cosmo’s place. It was exactly as described, clean, and clutter-free. We were in The Hamptons for work, so it was great with Wi-Fi and the ability to cook. We also found the location very convenient and easy to find, and we would love to rent Cosmo’s place next time we find ourselves in The Hamptons!

if you are looking for private, quiet, tranquil, beautiful, relaxing stay. This is the place. Private beach with comfy chairs, umbrellas, amazing pool and views, felt like a nature preserve. Walk to town. Apartment was great. I'll be back

Stop whatever you’re doing in the area and take 10 minutes to walk across the street to enjoy the sunset. I guarantee it’s addictive. Spent a post-Labor Day weekend with some friends and had an amazing time. The condo is centrally located between downtown Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and all that those areas have to offer. Several beaches, both bay-side and ocean-side, are also close by, but we mostly ended up lounging by the pool. The condo itself is spacious which is only further amplified by the amount of natural light reflecting off the bright interiors that let you know you’re near the beach. There are plenty of towels—both bath and beach—and there is ample beach equipment that you can use. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking/dining at home, and there’s an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and dining furniture. Hostess could not have been nicer or more responsive, so I will definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3
