Ideal for couples and families - fully fenced & gated with a trampoline and parking for 2 cars and a small boat. This property is located in the beach side suburb of St Heliers Bay, which is just a 20 minute coastal drive to Auckland City. This property is ideal for a single couple or families who want a quiet get away near the beach and close to the city and transport. There are a wide selection of nearby cafes and boutiques. With native bush walks only a stones throw away. Please note the only bathroom is an ensuite so this property would not work for two couples. Or more adults than a couple

Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the village of Howick where shops, banks, bars and restaurants can be found: the Saturday Market is very popular! 4 local beaches can be accessed with a 10 minute drive or public transport can take you to the ferry (to sail to the Auckland CBD )or bus into town. The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .
