Christine's place was ideal for us as we had family down the road. Very quiet, everything provided, loved the cereals and snack treats. Access to a lovely backyard with outdoor seating. Very clean and tidy with lovely linen. The separate lounge was a real bonus. Unusual entry through the garage, but that was very easy. Christine was excellent to communicate with and all instructions and advice were clear and easy to follow . Loved our 3 nights there and will stay again. Thanks Christine

i've stayed at Brendon and Sali's places a few times now and we've become good friends. They will always be my first choice for accomodation when I come back to Auckland. The Cottage is well-located to take advantage of everything The Bays have to offer.

Home from home. Debbie was a brilliant host. We enjoyed the dogs and the relaxed approach we had within the studio flat. There is plenty of space and light and everything we needed. Howick is a great area within walking distance , full of good cafes, restaurants and shops . The Saturday market is a must as is the beach which is also within walking distance . We would definitely return .

Amazing little place with a garden. Bob and Cheryl were the most considerate and kind people. Very helpful and responsive. Place is definitely worth the money. Highly recommend!

Mike was very helpful and courteous. His dog was extremely well behaved and friendly. She came by to say hello, which we encouraged. We love getting a dog fix whenever we can. Lovely quiet location. We will definitely be back.

My son and myself stayed at Stuart and Sue's property as it was close to the Howick Sailing Club where we were attending the 2025 Nationals of the Starling Yacht. It also provided two bedrooms that was a requirement we had. The property is a guest suite underneath Stuart and Sue's house and the facilities match the description on the listing. On entering the property we found it spotless, and a welcoming card along with some confectionery. Stuart and Sue introduced themselves to us soon after our arrival. The location was good, 5 minutes to the yacht club, and supermarkets very close. We ate out most of the time though had breakfast there and made lunches for the day. The only difficulty we had was dealing with the wet sailing gear at the end of the day. The listing is quite clear that there is no laundry facilities and we were aware of this. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Many thanks to Stuart and Sue..

We are waiting for 5 nights at Michele's. The accommodation is great, nice and bright. The wonderful view compensates for the traffic on the highway opposite. Quick feedback and very friendly contact with Michele. We would definitely come back. Everything you need is on site. The bus connection is great. You can be in downtown Auckland in 20-30 minutes

Spotless and quiet. You can chill out in the beautiful garden. I wish I could’ve stayed there longer. Highly recommended!!

This is a great place to stay for a stop in Parnell, close to everything and very comfy. No kitchen but with all of the restaurants literally around the corner, who needs one!

Graham and Kathy were amazing hosts who were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We checked in in the late evening and were greeted by a personalised note wishing us all the best for our stay. Graham helped us the following day by carrying our shopping bags from our car, allowing us to focus on our tired baby. A great set up, the gardens are amazing - it was so nice to wake up to the sound of birds chirping. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, clean, practical and warm. The property is situated in a great location, the neighbourhood felt really safe and it was great value for money. We would most definitely recommend staying here!

My Wife and Mother stayed for a week in this beautiful studio. She Said the place was soo cosy, everything they needed that made their stay feel like home. I stayed here for just one night during the week, and it was absolutely lovely! The place was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful — perfect for a short escape from the city. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and made everything super easy and stress-free. Even though it was a short stay, I felt very well taken care of. Thank you for the warm hospitality — I’d love to come back for a longer visit next time!

We stayed in Henry and Joyce's apartment for 6 weeks. It is well appointed and has everything that we needed. Also they were both very approachable if we felt that there was something extra that would be helpful. Thank you both for a great facility.

We had a great time in a quiet area close to the beach. The host, David, was friendly and quick to respond and we had no problems. The room was very clean and had all the amenities and kitchenware, and the bathroom was especially great.

Our colleagues stayed at Aaron's place and they had a comfortable stay with everything they needed. They appreciated that it was easy to walk to the beach from there. Aaron was quick to respond to questions and had clear instructions for check in and check out. Thanks for being great hosts.

Perfect place for my out of town colleague to stay for a few nights. The proximity to the village with all the restaurants and cafes was great as well as the short stroll to the beach.

It was a cosy home to me for a couple of days! Rachel and Derek are easygoing, friendly and responded quickly to messages. I had a good time and didn’t miss a thing!

Excellent location, just in front of the Beach, 50m to the bus stop, quiet, clean and very comfortable bed.. all amenities as needed are provided. overall a very good choice if you do not want to live in the bustling city.. highly recommend.

This has to be one of my all-time favorite Airbnbs. The flat was absolutely beautiful—cozy, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with every amenity you could wish for. It truly felt like a home away from home. Nothing short of amazing. And Sandy was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and there when we needed him.
