Gull Cottage is an authentic NZ family bach at Orapiu on Waiheke Islands stunning eastern shores. It has great views, select vineyards with restaurants, wonderful walks and private beaches. You’ll love my place because of the original 1930s bach, silent nights, birdsong and clear skies for stargazing. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers and also for a family of four. The third bedroom is a sleepout, joined to the main house by a continuous deck. Suitable for children.

Our newly renovated homestead house will give you that feeling of a home away from home. Beautifully appointed, with spacious rooms and lovely wrap around decking. Two bedroom house and fully self contained adjoining studio room. Base occupancy is for 7 people across the house and studio, but can sleep 8 people maximum.
