This place, when I deal with it as a historical piece, you will live in a paradise . You captured me the exact details of the stature of the space .. the door handles the bathroom door in the room the bed in the room .. The light sound that some floors make when moving .. All the details are accurate but wonderful . It was clear that the modernization process that took place in the house made sure not to erase those delicate and important details.. Sonia was a wonderful, proactive and incredibly nice host. The location of the house is so beautiful in the center of the old city.. I will go back to this dwelling again .. I am grateful for all the beautiful moments I spent there

Definitely an amazing stay! We originally were planned to stay in Munich but after our hotel fell through unexpectedly, we landed here. And we are so grateful! The town was so charming and the location was perfect. We were walking distance to shops, cafes & bakeries, the lake, and beautiful walking trails. The place is also so clean and has a lovely patio with views of the town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is even nicer live than the pictures!! Britt is always available and absolutely nice and helpful. A small note to dog owners: the garden is super nice and my dog loved it there. However, it is not completely fenced, currently there are two places where dogs can go out, you should know that. We would/will be very happy to come again and again!

We had a great time! Even without a car, you can get everywhere easily :) Ivonne even thought of my girlfriend's birthday and gave us champagne and chocolate! Everything great :)

The accommodation is suitable for families, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for 4-5 people. Plenty of payer and blankets. The third small room, with a single bed, is suitable for a child, as there is a low ceiling above the bed. There was no soap in the toilet. The property is in a quiet place, in the village, around a horse, cows. But unfortunately, you can't feed and take care of animals. The location is quite convenient, if you have a car, you can get to the store, restaurant, apieka within 10 minutes. Please note that the property is on the third floor, in the attic, it is necessary to climb quite steep wooden stairs. We asked Stephanie to run the heat , which Stephanie did right away.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

We spent two nights at Andrea‘s place. The place was as described in the listing and was perfectly clean and in a great location. Andrea and her husband were very friendly and were available to address our questions. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the view out of the balcony is great to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day mountainous hike. We would love to stay again with them in future :)

The apartment is super centrally located and yet very quiet in the city center of Tegernsee on the 1st floor of an apartment building. It is modernly equipped and offers everything you need - if in doubt, ask! The 2 beds have soft but comfortable mattresses, each of which can be extended to a double bed - basically, the apartment is more suitable for two people. Modern and functional kitchen and bathroom. In addition to a small balcony, the apartment also has a small cellar room, where you can comfortably lock up your bicycles. A TV can be obtained after consultation, we did not need it. Communication with Claudia is first-class. She is always very quick to reach and takes care of things immediately - with us, the Wi-Fi was broken. The only small drawback: the parking space was not, as described in the listing, on the property, but in an underground car park about 150 m away. No drama. In short: great stay and hostess, highly recommended.

Top value in Bad Tolz, ideally located to all the shops and restaurants you would want to visit. The apartment is so well located that you are spoiled for choice. Finding the apartment was easy and check in was a breeze. Parking was so convenient, directly outside the door! The apartment was clean and everything smelled so nice and clean, like fresh laundry and fresh air. The apartment was exactly as described and has everything you would want for a few days stay — dishes, linens, washer and dryer, dish washer, even surround sound. Alexandra was a great host, very quick to respond and gave very clear instructions, including photos of the door and where to park. Great stay, highly recommended!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We felt completely comfortable at Angelika's. Angelika makes an extraordinary effort to welcome her guests. We were greeted with coffee, a bottle of Hugo, several small treats and even fresh eggs from the neighboring farm. You can feel how much passion is involved. The accommodation was sparkling clean, bed linen and towels of super quality. The absolutely quiet location and the beautiful indoor climate, despite the summer heat, meant that we were able to relax superbly. Absolutely top and 5 stars worth!

I would highly recommend this place! The location is perfect, you even have a little view of the lake. You can walk to both Gmund and Tegernsee and can start many hikes from there. Helmut gave us a lot of tips before, so we had a wonderful time at Lake Tegernsee. The accommodation was very clean & sweetly furnished. Always happy to come back!

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very tasty. The apartment is within walking distance of shops for everyday needs, it is also not far into the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground car park is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you have not heard anything. The bedroom goes out the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Tegernsee, Nicci is in the right hands.

We were more than satisfied! The apartment is beautiful – modern, stylishly furnished and absolutely clean. The service was truly exceptional - we have rarely been received with such friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness. Everything went smoothly, and you can tell that they put their heart and soul into their work. We would love to come back – a very clear recommendation!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.
