Holiday rentals with a patio in Vrsar

This is a large modern Airbnb with very comfortable and stylish furnishings. It’s a short walk to all the highlights in Pula, yet very quiet and private. As others have mentioned the balcony is special. It’s a perfect spot to watch the sun setting and the acrobatics of the swallows swooping by all the historic rooftops. Caterina was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. We’d absolutely choose this Airbnb again!

The house is fully equipped, and I had a great time with my kids. I was reluctant to leave, and the host responded very quickly. Thank you for providing such a great environment.💗

This location is amazing! Right in the old city, but peaceful and quiet. The courtyard was beautiful and a great place to have coffee and homemade cake that Ester made for us. Close to the best of Ravinj! Ester was one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. She did everything to make our stay perfect.

We had a very nice stay in Rovinj. The apartment is clean and corresponds to the description. We slept well, the bed was great for us. The apartment is not far from the center. Kristina described everything in a friendly and good way. We were able to park the car in the courtyard of the housing estate. Note: the residential buildings next to "our" apartment could use a new coat of paint. Kristina's apartment is in very good condition.

The location is perfect and the apartment was every bit as good as we hoped. Very quiet and pleasant yet only a few steps onto the walkway with shops and restaurants offering excellent food choices. We shared with another couple and having separate bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us all privacy while enjoying the communal areas especially sitting in the garden in the evening together. Sanja was very friendly and always responded quickly so for us the apartment and Pula itself was a 10/10 experience.

The apartment is very cozy and clean and in the most beautiful location. Many beaches are within walking distance and the water is fantastic. There is a great bakery and a few restaurants nearby and also Pula is very easily accessible by bus or on foot. We felt very comfortable and Stela was super friendly and helpful. This Air Bnb is highly recommended and we would come back anytime.

Our apartment suited us perfectly… plenty of room for the two of us and with a good sized balcony where you could sit in the sun to relax. The space was tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Maja was very welcoming and kindly shared her knowledge of the area with us. An added bonus for us (being “seniors”) was the undercover allocated parking and a lift to take us up to our apartment. We are happy to recommend this accommodation and once again … thank you Maja ! So sweet and familiar, we got something as a greeting, then homemade chocolate pancakes, cherry strudel... We were very spoiled! 💗 The accommodation is super clean, cozy, offers everything you need! Absolutely recommended!!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We used the place as a base for a motorcycle vacation. Since we were traveling with a trailer, we needed a convenient location and enough space to maneuver. We had both of these in excellent measure at Emanuel's place. In addition, the house was perfect for us. We had enough privacy, the city was not far, shopping and restaurants were more than enough within the vicinity. Besides, Emanuel is a really nice guy. He was always nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable with him.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.

Lovor was a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a stay. Plenty of dishes to use along with coffee and teas to try. The bed was comfortable and came with an extra blanket if you get cold. Elena was a great host and always responded within minutes. Nothing negative to say about our experience. Thank you Elena!!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Beautiful place to stay, Renata is a very nice and kind-hearted person who always gave us an answer to questions. Absolutely fair and definitely worth a vacation. Definitely in need of repetition

We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay.
