A spacious and cozy fully equipped car. Located on a village road, very quiet, between the main house and neighbor in a natural garden. Sleeping area to the front garden, sitting area to the raspberries, small kitchen, fridge/gas stove, running Water from pump system (cold). Small bathroom with washing facilities (cold). Private garden with sitting area. Private shower room in the house. 1 km to the swimming area and the Baltic Sea coastal hiking trail. The Darss and Zingst and Fischland are easy to reach with good bicycles.

NEW: with veranda, hot water The "AbHänger" (about 20 m²) is located on our small farm behind the barn, on a meadow under trees. Depending on the season, you will be greeted by the rooster or peacock. Donkeys, goats and Leni, our cattle, graze on the adjacent pasture. Here everyone can lose themselves in the peace and quiet, just be here in this place. By arrangement, we offer basic equipment for the independent preparation of breakfast or main course. A small bread baking course is also possible.

I am a comfortably equipped GDR construction car and stand next to my colleagues Manfred and Norbert in an incredibly idyllic position in the middle of the forest on the picturesque Zermützelsee. I belong to the Waldschenke Stendenitz an artistic excursion restaurant with really delicious food. Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Paula Rath was built as an economic house to the Dammerstorfer estate and was sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2ha farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20km east of Rostock and 30km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of an approx. The 3 ca 150qm gr. We provide parking spaces for caravans, etc.

Relaxing vacation in a camper trailer

We invite you to relax in nature. Our cozy trailer is standing alone on a large meadow. On our farm next door, there are 2 cats and 1 English bulldog. She is very affectionate and is happy to see every visitor, but she is not allowed to go over to the meadow alone. Our rabbits are looking forward to dandelion. We also have sheep with your lambs that are close to the farm or near the farmhouse depending on the height of the food. 2 bathing lakes are just around the corner.

Cozy vintage car/camper with a view

Enjoy the sounds of the nature if you are staying in this special accommodation..in the old cozy hanger you can let the soul dangle wonderfully lively. There is the possibility to prepare a coffee, or also hot water for the tea to start the day well.....not far there is the large outdoor seating area (mini kitchen with stove top, kettle, toaster) in addition, my small private kitchen may be used in the main house - here is also the guest bathroom.

Our approximately 5000 square meter, lovingly maintained orchard is located on the outskirts of town and is therefore a great place to relax and watch numerous birds. This is where the fox and the hare actually say goodnight to each other and in the morning you are woken up by the chirping of birds. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
