In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small side room individually for us, for friends and guests. Some are modern, others have the charm of past times. The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernised. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)
