You can even add the use of our amazing Estonian Iglu-Sauna to your stay, for €25/guest/day.

The Boutique Apartments Bodensee are located in a historically listed building from 1910, embedded in the peaceful setting of the village Hard, and only a stroll away from the Ach river forests and the lake promenade. The light-flooded apartments were completely and carefully renovated and are fully equipped with everything to make Hard your home for a recuperating and relaxing holiday at Lake Constance. A very fine hideaway with 2 separate fully equipped kitchens, high-speed WIFI. Key-Safe.

Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Our apartment "Elmar" is located in the Werksiedlung 46 in Hard, directly opposite the quiet floodplain forests around the river delta of the Bregenzer Ach, a nature reserve that offers numerous sports and recreational opportunities. The cultural and festival city of Bregenz is just a walk or short bike ride away. And with the Bregenzerwald, you have picture-book Vorarlberg on your doorstep. In the apartment you will find a booklet with a wealth of personal tips.

Our 50 sqm apartment offers living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and hallway – ideal for a relaxing stay. Just a few steps separate you from Lake Constance – perfect for walking, swimming or enjoying sunsets. Centrally located: in 3 minutes at the train station and right in the middle of the city with shops and restaurants. Dogs are welcome with us (extra charge). Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable or equipped for infants.

Welcome to Fishers Cottage. This traditional rustic fisherman’s cottage located in Fußach, In der Schanz Lagoon. The entire area is a conservation area. The cottage is located in the small tight village of Fussach in der Schanz, just 50 meters from the lake and channels, often referred to as “Little Venice”. The little cottage is designed for 4 people (ideal for families, couples, sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and bird watchers).

Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with sofa bed and a double bedroom and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a floor level shower, sink and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

Cosy apartment in the heart of Bregenz

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.
