We rent our attic apartment with the charm "vacation in grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement. Other things to note Other payments: €1.80 guest tax/adult Person 14 years and older / night €4 garbage for a garbage bag from the municipality.

The spacious attic apartment (3rd floor) "Oskar" is located right in the heart of Bregenz. Within a few minutes walk (400m) are the Pfänderbahn (the Bregenzer Hausberg), the harbour incl. Train station and the centre of Bregenz city centre. The large bedrooms as well as the spacious living and dining area round off the Altbauhaus in the middle of the Bregenz city particularly charm and are thus the ideal place for staying at Lake Constance or Vorarlberg.

Our cozy apartment was newly renovated and furnished in 2024. From the balcony you can enjoy a charming view of the center of the Silbertal. The supermarket, the valley station of the Kristbergbahn and the bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away. A ski bus stop to the Kapellbahn is located under the house. The Kapellbahn is a feeder to the Silvretta Montafon Hochjoch ski area. Come and admire the diversity of the Montafon Alps!

In the super quiet bedroom, a large double bed awaits you. The small window overlooks the edge of the forest. The large, floor-to-ceiling window brings a lot of light into your living room. The sofa bed invites you to relax and offers enough space even when sleeping. The private balcony in front of the living room faces southeast. On the cozy armchairs with lambskin, you can enjoy the morning sun, the view of the back Montafon.
