Beautiful home. Perfect for our stay. The absolute best beds and pillows I’ve EVER had at an air bnb. Host let me know the name brand of the pillows (couldn’t find it on pillow) and already purchased 2 sets. Best rest I’ve had… especially after long hot days at Rockville. Would definitely recommend this home or anyone the host is involved with to others. Thanks again.

We were very pleased with this house, beautiful, loved the dock to fish from and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We were a bit disappointed that there were only four towels and two wash clothes for six guests as well as we had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags that were not stocked. Lorena did offer to bring them by but we had already purchased enough for the week. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

We loved staying at Gina’s place for 4 nights for a lovely friends’ trip to celebrate personal achievements together. Gina was very accommodating when I told her my fiancé had specific sensitivities and made sure everything was ready for us. Despite having a trip the following day after we arrived, she was determined to get the shower head working well and also give us pertinent information and welcome us! We all felt her warmth even though we didn’t have much time with her; she continued to be available through the AirBnB app! I would totally come back and recommend her beautiful home!

Great for visiting our family in the area. It's a bit of a trek to Orlando, but you get to avoid I-4 at all costs going to Disney. Everyone has personal preferences for beds - we thought the king bed was very hard and uncomfortable, just not for us. Nice location in town, quiet street. We'd stay again.

The owner noticed that the TV in the master bedroom was not working properly when she went to check the property before we checked in, so she went out and purchased a new one and set it up before we arrived! She answered any questions we had promptly and was very accommodating. Kitchen was very well stocked and even had spices and some other staples that we were not expecting. The pool as not heated and was a little chilly, because we were there in March, but our granddaughter didn’t mind a bit and had so much fun! The owner had beach towels, toys and chairs that we took to the beach with us. She has thought of everything! It was such a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very relaxing ☀️😎

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was beautiful and smelled so fresh and clean. The beach was directly across the street. Alberto messaged me back very quickly with answers to all my questions. I will be staying at his units again!! Absolutely loved it!!!

The stay was very comfortable and the room was very clean!! Only few issues was the parking and not having the pool but that is expected when hurricanes blow through lol. Overall place and location was very nice and would recommend this place for the price and location

My family had a beautiful stay at this condo in the beach. The breath-taking views from my balcony was worth the money. Heather and Evolve were pro-active, exceptional hosts.

Absolutely lovely place! They have pretty much everything you need to have fun at the beach! Perfect view, great location, close stores to walk to, not far from Daytona. We had an absolute blast! Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here. It was clean and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as beach/pool towels, beach toys, chairs…..even sun hats. Downtown and restaurants are a short drive. We will definitely come and stay here again.
