Townhome holiday rentals in Volusia County

Christine's place was very pleasant and we felt very safe there (very important for we girls who stayed there). We came and left the townhouse at all hours due to a very hectic schedule and always felt secure. I would love to stay in this comfortable townhouse again.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and well furnished. The flight of stairs to the first floor and the flight of stairs to the bedrooms were challenging to our knees. Having a garage for our boat and beach stuff was very much appreciated. It was in a lovely location. I recommend getting the annual pass for the dog beach online before going. It is $20. The entrance fee to the beach without a pass is $11. The front and rear porches and front door were inaccessible due to construction and will be for a few more weeks at least.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!

This was a great place. Literally across the street from the beach. Drivable beach access with 4x4 .15 miles from the house. Fenced in yard and driveway. amazing how quiet and secluded it is with the proximity to the main strip would highly recommend

My friends and I had a good stay for Rockville. The Ruthy's Kozy Kitchen suggestion was great for breakfast. Also the old radio sound system and turntable were cool.

We have stayed in the Ormond Beach area for 3 years, so we are familiar with the neighborhood. Maureen’s townhouse is in a perfect neighborhood, not too far from town and yet far enough away from the craziness of Daytona during race week. It’s an easy walk to the grocery store. We also walked downtown to the Farmers Market on Thursdays. There are many hiking trails within a 15-20 min drive. Other guests and residents in the building were very friendly. We will be back next year.

Christine’s place is a wonderful stay. I stayed with my two year old and it was so comfortable for us they even had some children’s dish’s to use. Everything was clean and we also had everything we needed for making meals that was a big plus for me having to cook a lot! I ended up needing to stay another night and she was extremely kind and flexible.

Great place, great location, even better than the pictures. Phillip was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Would certainly recommend and stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

Perfect for a Beach vacation getaway. The house was pristine and very peaceful. Just a mere five minute walk and you’re on the beach. House offered plenty of beach entertainment/supplies. Kerrie responded promptly when messaged. Super friendly and overall a great experience.

We loved the unit. It was exactly as described close to pool and beach. Lots of things to use at beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The area was great for shopping and dining out. Also easy access to other areas. Can’t say enough about feeling at home while there. Don’t hesitate to check it out.

Amanda was an outstanding host. She was very helpful even prior to us reserving the house. Her restaurant recommendations were outstanding. The house was clean and exactly as described. The items provided for the beach were an extra benefit.

The condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained, super clean and equipped with absolutely everything!! Our family of five had more than enough space to relax. The beach access is right across the street with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 10/10 recommend and would absolutely go back! NSB and Todd and Sue’s condo made a perfect vacation 🏖️ Thank you!!

Amazing place!!! We loved this place so much so that we are going to try to book it again for next year. The house is updated and super clean. Beds were very comfortable and the linnens and sheets were super clean.The beach is about 120 or so feet from the back sliding door. Everything we needed for the beach was provided , umbrella, chairs, towels, coolers, wagon and toys dor the kids. I couldn't be more happy with our stay. The pool was great and clean. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

We traveled to NSB for personal reasons. Taylor's Airbnb was the perfect place for us. We found the space to logistically convenient to everything we had planned. Taylor was very responsive to the questions we poised and offered us a variety of options of things to do and places to eat and see. We found this property to be well worth the price! A super host! This was our second year staying here and our family loves it. The host is always responsive, the house is spacious and clean, and it is near several restaurants and the beach!

This Airbnb was immaculate. The decor was gorgeous! Not the tacky beach decor everything was gorgeous, down to the finishes. They did an amazing job on the furnishes and remodeling. The neighborhood itself was super quiet, making our trip relaxing. The Airbnb had everything needed, we only live about an hour away but if you have to fly in it was nice to chairs for us to take to the beach, as well boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. We drove to the beach because parking on the beach is so much easier for me but you can easily walk if needed. Everything is conveniently located, we didn’t have to go more than 10 minutes for anything we may needed. I would definitely stay again at this location. Christie was a very responsive, friendly and accommodating host throughout the whole process which made our trip less stressful.

Kayla place is simply amazing ! A great clean space. All amenities are there and looks just like the listed photos . Close to the beach and a great walk on the strip

Beautiful location. Peaceful and private. Pet friendly. Beach and pool are steps from back door. Cant beat the view. Beach view outside the windows. If I had to make a recommendation it would be to update mattresses and toilets. Over all we had a great time and would definitely return. Thanks for the great vacation! Joe and Crystal
